Brunch until 1:30pm was a winner! Great selection of food. Rooms were clean and functional with comfortable beds.
Bit basic in places but the cleanliness and staff made up for this.

Chilled atmosphere, breakfast, staff, the area around the pool, blackout curtains, quiet at night, air-con, easy transport links to get to nicer areas.
Pool closing at 6pm was a bit of a shame. The brown colour in all the rooms was a bit unappealing.

You can get one beach towel from the reception with a €15 deposit. They also provide one beach umbrella free of charge, which is a huge bonus and incredibly useful when going to the beach.
The breakfast is excellent, and the location is perfect. The free beach umbrella was definitely one of my favorite perks.
If I come back to this area, I would happily stay at this hotel again. Most importantly, the staff are genuinely warm, friendly, and always willing to help.

1. On the first day, when my room was cleaned, the dirty towels were not replaced.
2. On the second day, when my room was cleaned, the trash was not emptied.
3.We live in the 21st century, so it still feels a bit strange to have a shower curtain. I wish the room had a glass shower instead of a shower curtain.
None of these were major issues. Thank you very much for everything!

The staff at reception were lovely but can be a bit slow, the decor and the breakfast area are nice. Hotel would be fine for a few nights but wouldn’t stay for a week
The beds were rock solid, we had a leak at 5:30 in the morning which woke us up. The pool area is only small. The area of arenal is predominately German and Dutch so wouldn’t recommend the area if you are British etc
