MLL Mediterranean Bay - Adults Only

I had an excellent stay at MLL Mediterranean Bay. Ferran on reception was absolutely amazing and looked after me with exceptional attention to detail — genuinely on a luxury-hotel level. The room was immaculate, the hygiene and cleanliness throughout were excellent, and everything was beautifully maintained. The rooftop terrace is fantastic, and the staff working there were equally amazing — friendly, attentive and welcoming. Overall, I felt extremely well looked after throughout my stay. The only issue was the entertainment/streaming. The television wasn’t working properly for UK channels, and when I tried to stream Netflix on both my tablet and laptop, I repeatedly received proxy/VPN error messages. Having stayed previously at MLL Blue Bay and subsequently at MLL Caribbean Bay without experiencing the same problem, this does appear to be specific to the Mediterranean Bay location and its Wi-Fi/network setup. Apart from that one issue, my stay was wonderful. The hotel, room, rooftop terrace and especially the service were excellent. I would absolutely recommend MLL Mediterranean Bay, and a special thank you to Ferran for making my stay so enjoyable.

It was a last minute decision due to plane cancellation. Staff were really helpful. Only stayed 1 night but will come again.

Location. Good public transport connection to Palma and the airport. Just a few minutes from the sea. Enough dining options in the area.

Instant coffee in the breakfast buffet. Lack of an electric kettle in the room. Strong sewage smell from the bathroom. Very cheap showergel. Gel dispencer fixed with duct tape. Some 3-star hotels nearby had proper shampoo and real coffee. I wouldn't have guessed this one had 4 stars from my experience.
