We got room with balcony. It was great. Full spacious room. The bathroom was good size. The room thermostat doesn’t work so if your cold- use extra blanket and there is no kettle in the room so I kept going to the reception to get hot water to drink whenever I needed. Otherwise the staffs were excellent. The buffet was good too. Enjoyed my stay here thank you!

Booked here after a cancelled flight, Hotel was fine & done the job, breakfast is good & the late breakfast is a great idea, the room was sufficient & has a fridge & balcony & some English speaking channels on the TV. I would stay again if I chose to visit Arenal.
