We absolutely love this hotel. The breakfast was amazing, everything was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. The service in the restaurant was excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the themed dinners. The location is ideal—close to the beach, the airport and Palma city. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

Really advise to take at least half board, food is really nice and dinners have enormous variety of food.
Staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, pool is a bit busy during the lunch times.
Beach walk is quite short and accessible.
Overall we were quite happy with the money/value. I also really advise this hotel if you have family/kids vacation. And also i would say that hotel have the best location, if you live further on the beach the crowds are crazy but this area is really peaceful. And it is one of the few hotels with closed internal area.
Only problem was with bathrooms, the floor is always wet because of the cheap repair, the only annoying thing. We did not have anything to mop the floor ourselves and had to be careful and wait for cleaning.

The location. The fresh fruits and veggies. The freshly baked pancakes and waffles. The buffet room was clean.
The little variety of the buffet. It was mainly veggies and fruits and tasteless pasta. The bathroom was not clean. Paint splatters everywhere. We ran out of toilet paper the second day and it never got stocked up. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for our children. The metal hurt their backs.
