The staff were very friendly. The room was nice and the shower/ bathroom very good.
Food was nice and plenty of vegetarian options which was good.
No where to walk to around the hotel apart from a few shops, restaurants, and residential roads.
It was also much farther than we were led to believe to the sea front and only one restaurant there not the several we believed there to be.

It’s lovely and clean nice food good location near a supermarket and shops
Upon arrival you are given a token which you have to hand in to obtain a drink if you loose the token you don’t get a drink. Loose your glass and that’s it no drink. You have to pay £10 euros for a pool towel deposit if you want to change it it’s 1 euro if you want a kettle in your room it’s 5 euros a day same for the iron and ironing board. What an absolutely joke it’s an all inclusive 4 star hotel !!
Be prepared to queue at meal times and get in early as the food goes really quickly.
At breakfast the guy who makes the pancakes is very rude and stops making pancakes at 9.45 when breakfast finishes at 10 he reluctantly made some but literally threw them at me.
The lifeguards have their mobile phones with them the whole time which many of them use constantly which I found very bizarre as this is safeguarding issue and a distraction from doing their jobs not all of the lifeguards are bad especially Vanny she’s brilliant 🤩
Would I go back again the answer is no I’m afraid.
