Deluxe villa was outstanding. It was a separate apartment with three stories. Kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, family room on second floor, master suite on third floor and a rooftop sunbathing area. Very clean and roomy.
We wish the hotel gave advance notice Santanyi tap water is salty and not drinkable. We didn’t know this before our arrival. The water is ok for showering and brushing teeth. The hotel provided bottled water. Be prepared to get a lot of water from the grocery store.

A wonderful place to stay...fab location, stylish decor and architecture. Delicious breakfast and staff who looked after us so well. Very clean and comfortable.

Impressed as soon as I entered this beautiful space. This was definitely a highlight of my 5 weeks in Europe. Great communication, all the staff were lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was a special experience. The location could not be better. The rooms beautifully designed & thoughtfully decorated. Don’t think twice about booking.

i like the design of the place. the architecture and the calmness when I was alone and was able to relax and have a good time. I liked the breakfast, the room, the location, the team and especially the pool area is amazing to relax.
the house is not a hotel. So the walls are very thin and you can hear other guests speaking and walking kn other rooms quite loudly. that’s why I woke up a few times and had a less relaxed stay as I wished with more quiet and good sleep. The location does get loud at night and generally can feel small.
