All inclusive is not all inclusive, alcohol is not incorporated- which isn’t clearly stated unless you look for it . The hotel/ booking.com informed us of this 2 days before we went which was too late to change the booking
You can only use the rooftop pool/bar if you are part of the star prestige package - which is an upgrade. We tried to upgrade but was told it was 98% full- which just simply wasn’t the case, as when we did go up to look each day it was very very quiet

The breakfast tried to cater for gluten free and very importantly now has lactose free milk. The room has the first signs of black mold in the shower but is otherwise cleaned well. The location is relatively convenient with the ability to catch the bus in to Palma and the choice of walking to the "the strip"to eat. The Spa was excellent
Timings of some of the activities were not ideal- yoga was a bit early ( although very good)and not on regular days. Other physical activities were again irregular though again good when available. The gluten free items at breakfast could have been replenished more regularly , though were very much appreciated. The Star Prestige option was not available , which was frustrating as the rooftop sunbathing was not available ,meaning available sun was limited. Unfortunately, booking.com did not provide the option to choose when the booking was made

Staff friendly. Food good.
Location, next to the German louts stag area. All inclusive drinks was a joke. Even though it was hot they wouldn’t turn on the air con for 6 days.
