Very friendly and helpful staff, especially on reception. Walking distance to a lovely beach, shops, restaurants and bars etc. About a 10min drive to the airport and also 20ish mins to Palma city/cathedral area. Great food at the all inclusive restaurant - breakfast lunch and dinner all very good with enough variety/changes for the week we did not get bored of it. All food cooked fresh and was hot, presented well, lots of healthy options and also options for vegetarians. Most of the entertainment in the hotel in the evening was good, one was particularly amazing (Maritza) and some singers unfortunately not so good.
Hotel decor nice, all clean and tidy around the hotel. Not so big you get lost or too much walking to the rooms etc. Good value for money. There are spa treatments available although didn't have any. Indoor whirlpools - one was very cold but one was heated which was nice. Enough loungers by the pool. Beds were comfortable (we had a twin room). All bedrooms have a balcony although ours didn't have a great view of anything.
Really enjoyed our stay. Would go again.
Only improvements to suggest would be that the outdoor pools were all very cold and not heated, and for late September/October when the indoor pool isn't open and the weather isn't as hot as the summer perhaps one could be heated outside as they were all too cold for us to go in. Also the floors in the room weren't the cleanest as dirt/dust would stick to bare feet, but other than that everything else was very clean.
Also, if booking through booking.com please note that if you message the hotel through booking.com they don't actually receive it at that specific hotel - when we arrived and found this out they said we should have emailed them directly but nothing on booking.com suggested this.
Note that the area near the beach is busy and some nearby hotels are loud that you can hear if outside/balcony door open.

Fantastic food and drink, very friendly and helpful staff, lovely outdoor pools and good entertainment in the evenings. Also, very clean and kept tidy by staff, at all times.
The location is just on the edge of a very busy part of the area, which has lots of Irish bars, clubs and dancing girls bars. This attracted stag and hen dos which could be quite noisy and rowdy. These tended not to be staying in the hotel, but could still be heard late at night. On the other side of the hotel however was a beautiful walk down to the beach promenade, which was in contrast a gorgeous and peaceful space.

Such a lovely hotel and definitely worth every penny. Firstly, the staff were amazing! From the front of house to the cleaners, cooks, the bar staff, everyone went above and beyond and were so friendly! Always had a smile on their face.
The food was out of this world! We were expecting (like many other all inclusives) to have the same food every night and to be eating chips and pasta for every meal. This was not the case at all. The food was so good we only went to a restaurant outside of the hotel once! They switch up the dishes and they are full of flavour. Pizza, meat, pasta, rice, mozzarella sticks, ribs, steak… the list goes on. Definitely something for everyone!
Our bedroom, well we were blown away! It’s so much bigger in person than the pictures, free aircon and a fan on ceiling, clean tidy room, we had a sofa bed too which was nice, great sized balcony, everything was spotless.
Sun loungers, there were so many to choose from. You can either sit by the pools, or they have a garden around the back which has so much space if you want to be in a more quiet setting.
Overall we were amazed and will definitely be back! Thank you so much!! :)
Our only personal downfall to the property is that the cocktail choices are limited. If more choices were available, we would have sat and ordered way more drinks everyday, which would also benefit the hotel profit wise.
The second thing was the entertainment, we didn’t manage to find any entertainment while being there.
Thirdly, we were looking forward to trying out the indoor pool as it looked very relaxing (for days when you want to take a break from the busier pools) but apparently it’s closed in summer and only open in winter. I couldn’t see online anywhere which explained this.

Service and food were great
The bathroom in where we stayed has half splash guard. When we shower the water sprays until outside thats why we always dry it up.
