Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise in Ordnung.

Das Zimmer war schlicht, aber sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Empfang direkt am Taxi war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit mit dem Gepäck und Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir waren dankbar, dass wir früher auf's Zimmer konnten und nicht mehrere Stunden darauf warten mussten.

Eine Toilette mit Tür wäre wünschenswert, für mich wäre daher ein längerer Aufenthalt ausgeschlossen.

Avoid! Very disappointed

The hotel and rooms are clean in general. The housekeepers were working very hard.

1, We booked Junior Suite Sea View. Firstly, the receptionist didn't find our booking. They repeatly asked us, "Did you book the right hotel?" It took quite a while for them to realise it was their system problem. Then they put us in a family suite which had no lounge area and sofa for comfortable seating because the hotel was over booked on the night we arrived. We only moved to the Junior Suite SV from second day, and the hotel insisted the first family room we stayed was an "upgrade" comparing to the room we booked which was totally false claim. 2, Watch out the photos! They are completely misleading... You can see from both Booking.com page and their offical website, the Junior Suite Sea View has the pictures of a bacolny with 100% sea view. But actually they are not! The room we had was on 4th floor, which was more like half pool-view, half sea view. I asked for the higher floor. The hotel said 5th floor has a different price tag (which doesn't show anywhere before my booking, only in their internal system), and 6th/7th are for star guests. To be noted, we paid more than 450 euro per night that I believe we deserve a room matching the photos. 3, the sound proofing of the rooms, ceilings and floors are terrible. People running, walking, dragging the furnitures, and talking... any normal sound you can name, there is no soubd proofing at all. 4, You need to walk down the public corridor to the elevator area to refill the water in a glass water jug by yourself. I appreciate the idea of less plastic. But it makes you feel like in a hostel, not a five-star hotel. 5, They don't have any kids bikes to hire on site. If you want it, the staff pointed out a shop across the street and suggest you go there. 6, the outdoor pool, the only pool they have, is not heated. It was abusolutely freezing. 7, All the acticities are seasonal, everything ended at the end of Oct. Very boring in the hotel.

Beautiful property, great location on beach, very expensive

Lovely location right on water with beautiful pool and very modern entirely redone hotel.

The price is very high for the size of the rooms and though the buffet is excellent with many varieties of food — it is very expensive. Also aggravating that the hotel provides free water refill stations (which is great!) but insists on charging for bottled water at dinner and refuses to allow guests to bring their own water bottles. I can understand charging for drinks but given how much the overall cost is and the fact that water refill stations are free — water with dinner should be free as well.

Customer Service. Not friendly but rather very aggressive. This wouldn't be an issue if the customer is ok for getting treated that way, but it is a double edged sword when the customer doesn't prefer to be treated with disrespect.

Exceptional

A very comfortable hotel that I would like to recommend to my friends. 1. Stylish and modern 2. The restaurant is impeccable, very tasty, a wide selection of delicious dishes, I don't know what people eat at home when they complain about the assortment and quality. 3. Comfortable king bed 4. Outside the hotel is a beautiful embankment with restaurants and shops. I liked the restaurants - Faro and Ginger, Mohito was bad 5. Loved the Sunsetbar, live music every evening. Good master classes are interesting for me and teenagers of 13 years old. Agatha and Monica are lovely, thank you very much

I think that I am not the first to write about a foreign design of a family room. An open bath in the middle of the room, as the designer imagined that 2 adults and 2 children would take a bath in this way. Advice for the future during reconstruction - remove the bath, enlarge the children's room, install 2 single beds of 1.5 meters each and enlarge the shower cabin. Everything seems stylish, but the bath is probably appropriate in a standard room.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Clean, Quiet and Safe.

We had both breakfast and dinner included and everyday we found something new to eat (and delicious of course). Also the staff were amazing! Very polite, helpful and smiling every day - it was a pleasure to talk with them. Huge thank you to Alina and Feli - both really helpful and we had a blast each time we interacted with them!

cooked breakfast was more in favour of the German cuisine. A more traditional English breakfast would have been nice

Staff excellent, especially Feli. Lovely room with great views and facilities.

Because of buffet arrangement, service in the restaurant could have been better but a minor complaint.

Very good

This was our third visit to the hotel. The beach is close and easy to get into Palma. Hotel staff were excellent.

We booked a double room and a family room. The family room says that there is a sofa bed for a child, but it is just a sofa that they made up with bedding. We didn't class this as a sofabed, its not really suitable for a child to sleep on as they could easy roll over and roll out. That was a bit misleading.

Charged 45€ for a stained blanket: not expected from a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately they didn’t try to satisfy a request to be on a higher floor which was made at the time of booking. Some personnel was clearly unfriendly.

Nice property, great breakfast, check in could use work

The breakfast offerings were spectacular. The staff were exemplary. The location was good but most things were closed in the 2nd 1/2 of February.

The checkin process was a real pain. I had received an email prior to checkin whereby I could enter our passport details, signatures etc. and supposedly would only need to pick up the keys. After taking the time to do the pre-checkin, when we reached the property we had to do EVERYTHING all over again, including passport pictures and signatures. Having said all that, I cannot fault the staff - they were very friendly and it wasn't their fault.
