Location and view from balcony amazing. Helpful staff. Very clean. Breakfast choices good most days. Nice clean pool and indoor pool with plenty of seating. Good shower easy to use. Hotel was attractively set out
On arrival from Northern Ireland and feeling worn out was disappointing to find no welcome pack in room. No kettle no milk no teabags no mugs. Got a kettle from a cleaner and bought some mugs in a local supermarket. Not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. Also room is small and really badly designed. Nowhere to put anything. No shelves in bathroom apart from on an enormous sink which takes up the whole room so it is awkward to sit on toilet and seat falls on you when sitting so quite annoying. My worst problem was the balcony set up. I paid extra for a nice view from balcony and it was. Unfortunately, there is just a plastic screen between us and our neighbour so no privacy especially in the evening. See photo.

A true 4 star hotel with everything you need and staff was super helpful. The breakfast was great too. We had a lovely stay, would recommend.
It is very near the airport so you can hear planes flying over. It didn’t bother us but I suppose worth noting.
