The hotel is modern, airy and very clean. Our bedroom was also really clean and spacious. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was great!
The pool area got really busy. I like to swim lengths so I found 8am to be a great (and quiet) time to use the pool.
The beach is only a small walk away which really convenient. However, it is really rowdy with all of the German beer halls at all times of the day!

The hotel is clean and beautiful. All staff members are polite and welcoming. Great location—the beach is just a 5-7 minute walk away. The food is also good. 100% recommended! 👍
Just a small suggestion: some quiet background music by the pool would be nice.!!!
Everything was great, except for a small detail regarding room cleaning—we noticed some hair on the floor upon arrival and occasionally after it was cleaned. It didn't ruin our stay, but it is just something to note for the future.

Nice, big, clean hotel, rooms were lovely and spacious, staff was very helpful and keen to help with anything. All inclusive food and drink was great, lots of choices, really good quality. Pools and bars were also very nice, with friendly staff. Nice spacious bathroom and shower. Good location, only a short walk from the beach.
The times for meals were strictly monitored. I did not like that, I would prefer more flexibility, sometimes the staff was quite rude, shrudding us away, and starting to setting up tables for lunches even though people were still getting breakfast. They also started to take the food away way before it was the time, so if you wanted to get more you were not able to. It was always stressful if we got there on time. My daughter did not feel well for a couple of days and we wanted to take food to the room but were not allowed, which I think was horrible as we paid for all inclusive for all of us. The hotel and restaurant should improve on that.
The snack bar in the hotel is really not snacks, it is make-ypur-own-burger thing. And that's it. I thought it would be more snacks, like a pocket of crisps, a chocolate bar, a pack of fruit, or a yogurt, etc.
The snack bar by the pool was better, with more choice but only open till 6pm. And refill was not always happening so if they ran out of fruit, then there was none for the rest of the day.
The main pool was quite crowded, every day. There should be one pool for families with small kids. The main pool is quite busy, with people wanting to swim but cannot as they are kids running around, or parents try to swim with their toddlers. There is no space for actual swimming.

Staff very friendly. Very close to airport. Nice beach walking distance.
Food was very poor quality. Coffee is worst I’ve ever tasted. High price - low quality.
