Good location, good parking - but rooms are average.

Location is good. Parking facility is good. Good & friendly staff and did the check-in check-out procedure very smooth.

Room is not spacious and the electrical fittings/switches need a repair. Bathroom fittings need a good amount of repair. Water leakages should be avoided.

Breakfast is not healthy. Food items are too oily and food was cold although coffee was excellent.

Room ia too small. There is no toilet roll and no bath soap. Bathroom mat was very dirty. Bedsheets were torn. Hand towels not provided. No tissues with breakfast.

The call centre took my super negative feedback and without my permission put a public review opposite to what I said. It was to my utter surprise to get an email mentioning my review is live and I found the word "Exceptional"

Bad Experience, Its not a hotel, its a service apartment.

There is nothing to be like in this hotel.

There is nothing to be like in this hotel. Actually this is not a hotel, its a service apartment, which booking.com and fab hotels are marketing as a hotel, its a cheat and false thing by both the organization, I had book the same for 2 days, but unfortunately check out just after 12 hours, reason is room was too small, smelly, no pictures of room shown on website and images shown for marketing are not at all matching with the actual ones. Also the reception person took more than 45 mins in mid night for check in process, they are making fools as the counter, by asking you to pay 500 more, if needed bigger room. Check the actual room pic, and what's shown on portal, both are really different, its not at all maintained property, bad experience. Either fab hotels is making fools or they have been fooled by property owner. But do not book this property if you are looking for hotel, its a purely service apartment for service people only. Rooms are too small and smelly, its a lodge type property, highly priced to make fools by showing good pictures.

Ssrvice is bad. Iwas travelling with infant and needed a boiled meal. I called and checked with hotel to know they can arrange. I reached and they said not possible. You call to get toilet soap. No other kit Cant speak to staff well as they dont understand english well

Extremely disappointing as I was thrown into the streets of Chennai at 1 AM in the moring

The hotel confirmed my reservation and than demanded payment. I am not sure if this is a normal practice. But when I arrived at 1 AM in the morning...there was no room and the front desk would not help me find another hotel or let me stay in the lobby until 6 AM

Dirty hotel, disgusting breakfast and AWFUL HOTEL MANAGER

The position of the hotel is literally the only thing which is not a disaster

After being welcomed from an incredibly rude hotel manager, we were asked to pay our early check-in fee strictly only in cash (I wonder why...). As soon as we entered our room we noticed dirty bed sheets and we asked the staff for clean ones, but we just got other dirty ones. After mentioning this to the staff, the hotel manager aggressively shouted at us stating that the sheets were clean (you can judge by yourself from the attached photos how clean they were). The second day we asked to have breakfast at 8:30 instead of 8:00, since we wanted to sleep a bit longer. Guess who knocked at our door punctually at 8:00 am waking us up...? The breakfast was very low quality, industrial and barley eatable. At the check-out, I asked to have a partial refund because of the dirty bed sheets we had to sleep in, and the hotel manager didn't want to hear anything about it telling me basically to piss off. I have never met such an unfriendly hotel employee in my entire life, it was just disrespectful and unacceptable. Horrible experience overall.
