We stayed at ITC Grand Chola, Chennai last week and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were extremely well maintained — clean, neat and simply outstanding. We were lucky enough to have both breakfast and dinner included, and the spread was impressive: a huge variety of dishes, every item beautifully prepared, and plenty to choose from.
I have no words to describe the service given by the ITC team. Ms. Hasna in particular took care of us right from check-in to check-out, and the way she responded to every request was amazing. She made the whole stay effortless.
We will definitely be back soon. Once again, thank you, Ms. Hasna!

Breakfast and Ice Cream, It was a wonderful experience during our visit. Hasna assisted us throughout, and we had a truly pleasant experience and created some wonderful memories! 😊
