Good location to explore the area from, quiet location just outside Canazei.

Very friendly staff, cute location a bit outside of Canazei, view of the mountains. Nice balcony.

Very tight accommodation, small kitchenette, everything was a bit cramped for 2 adults and 2 children 12 & 14. But it all worked from a value for money point of view.

it is a lovely place.

wifi was working great in the room!!! location is superb! - it is in walking distance to the Alba-Ciampac lift and there is an amazing walking path along the river to Canazei. room was big enough for two people the spa was wonderful - 2 saunas and a steam-bath. swimming pool was great - warm at 29C there are 2 BBQs and everything needed to operate them including coal supplied by the hotel. kitchen had everything in terms of utensils (no microwave and oven) but there is everything needed to warm milk for the coffee and to cook on the stove. the terrace is lovely and the view is just outstanding.

there are no cooking essentials - oil, sugar, salt and pepper. although people buy them and leave them for the next people, the hotel removes everything from the rooms, which is completely unnecessary…

Not worth the money, I would not return here

The fridge was so loud that we had to turn it off for the night, which was horrible for our food. Good that we had a cooling bag with us. WIFI sucked. On the bed side of my husband it was sowhat working but not on mine. The beds were also very squicky (loud). You instantly wake up when you rotate at night. You can only go swimming if you have a swimming hat. Which you usually do not have. But of course you can buy it at the reception. Why not tell this to the guests beforehand? Also found someone's contact lense at the seat by the table. This place totally was not worth its money.

Good value for money place in the centre of a great ski region if you can accept the small rooms

Close to the ski lifts, access to the swimming pool and sauna, good value for money, we got discount coupons for ski passes and ski school from the hotel. Well equipped kitchen.

Impractical ski room (inconvenient walk with ski equipment from the parking, stairs, distance, lack of ski shoe racks), very small room, could hear neighbours from above a bit too much (not their fault, but rather insufficient isolation of the floors).

Kitchen with all you need.

Very noisy rooms, you can hear everything from the other rooms. The bunked beds located in the entrance hall, near both bathrooms, with common wall with the bathroom of the next room, so it was like you sleep în their bathroom: any flush you can hear. Only one toilet paper roll for one week for 4 persons. Space in the lobby very small to spent some time with friends.

Good location for the hotel, ski-bus stop in front of the hotel and very friendly and helpful staff.

Ski storage room does not have ski-boots drier/heater so lot of people leave their smelly boots outside the door to the room. Cleaning needs to be improved.

Superb

The location is excellent! So close to the ski area and lifts. The apartment was very comfortable, the pool was clean and the spa was wonderful! Totally recommend.

Great price/value for a group of friends who do not require privacy.

Definitely a very good price/value deal for the destination if you travel with group of good friends or very laid back people and can place more people together in one small apartment.

However, if you dont know each other that well, sharing the apartment might be uncomfortable for the group. It should be mentioned that there are no 2 separate rooms in the apartment, its one room with common kitchen, but this is visible from the pictures, and one "room" that is actually a corridor in front of a bathroom. This fact is not clear from the picture and was a bit of a shocker for some members of our group. Not much privacy. Besides of the privacy issue, the corridor "room" could really use some additional ventilation as it has no window at all and was very warm.

The place is awesome, great facilitiea and view. We received special treatment from the lady worked at the reception, who took care of our clothing. Great stayong for us, surely will be back.

Not worth the price.

General sauna rules don't apply - you have to wear swimwear and there is so much noise in there. The "security guard" is yelling all the time and bothering you while you're relaxing in sauna. The worst sauna experience ever. In general, the apartment is not worth the money (not good location, broken tee kettle, small kitchen etc). If you stay in first floor you have the view over the parking not on the mountain so ask for accommodation in higher floors - if you're in luck they'll take this into consideration, in our case they didn't.

lovely stay in Canazei beneath the Dolomites

Location, cosy and a great view of the Dolomites.

The continuous noise from other guests in rooms close by and people walking past. The recycling was just outside our room so the continuous crash of bottles being placed in the bins at all hours of the day was annoying. Also the apartment was a little small for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids. The pool was out of bounds with shoes on and no swimming unless you have a swimming cap.

Good deal for a big group of friends, who dont have high expectation for comfort and privacy

A very good deal for a bigger group of people, if you can fill all the beds in the appartments and devide costs. However, such group has to be ready for a decreased comfort. The equipment of the kitchen was very good, the balcony was nice. Late check-in was no problem. Some people of our group enjoyed the swimming pool.

It should be mentioned in the description, that the double bed is in a corridor and that the restroom is only approachable through this "room", so if you need to use it in the middle of the night, you have to wake up everyone in the entire appartment. Also, this "corridor room" has no window, which in the middle of summer made the room too warm and smelly. The sauna was too cold - 70 degrees C is not the apptopriate temperature for a finnish sauna, should be at least 90.
