I recommend this place to anybody who wants to hike in Alpe Di Susi and relax to have great location to hike in Alpe

Perfect, would recommend to anyone!

Relaxing atmosphere from the first minute, excellent staff, attention to the smallest details in the room and common areas, beautiful design, amazing view, delicious breakfast. We loved every single thing about our time there. Highly recommended!

I really can not think of something we didn’t like or was missing.

Exceptional stay for our honeymoon

Rooms are amazing with a stunning view of the mountains. Breakfast was exceptional and facilities (pool, sauna, relaxation room) were a great addition. Cleanliness 10/10. We stayed here for four nights as part of our honeymoon and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Staff were so friendly and you could tell they loved their job which makes a huge difference. Can't recommend it enough and so pleased we stayed here. Free parking on site was also great as we had hired a car. Thank you for having us!

Nothing! Except perhaps the car park can be a little squeeze when it gets full but wasn't a problem for us as we had hired a fiat 500!

sonus alpis was clean, peaceful, and beautiful. I would 100% come back just to stay at this hotel

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We were greeted with a welcome drink which was very lovely. The had outstanding views of the mountains from our room and the pool, saunas, and quiet rooms were so relaxing. The entire hotel including our room smelled like a spa- super relaxing! It was very quiet and peaceful. Also Augustina and other staff members went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had to check out at 5am and wanted to clear the bill the night before but the manager had already left for the night. He drove back at 11:30 pm to help us settle the bill and was so nice about it and didn’t make us feel burdensome. Overall a fantastic place and we can’t wait to be back.

Very comfortable and quiet.

The beds were so comfortable, we slept wonderfully. We felt so spoiled staying in such a nice place. The room was large and we really liked having the bedroom upstairs. The pool, after they turned the heat up, was terrific for relaxing after a hike on the Alpe. The soundproofing in the rooms was excellent. It was so quiet at night, and the mountain right in front was very photogenic.

Since we brought our dogs, it wasn't so ideal for walking out the door and finding a place to walk. First we had to walk along the road - there was a sidewalk for a little ways, and then we had to turn off.

A great boutique hotel, awesome view, a nice restaurant and bar as well as sauna rooms

There’s no coffee and tea in the room. The pool and the room were a bit cold. The room temperature can’t be controlled by the guests.

Fabulous hotel in the Dolomite region

The extremely pleasant owner and staff who went the extra mile to help us. The location is absolutely stunning with views to die for. The breakfast was stunning and the evening meals were superb.

rooms were a little small. Mix up on our reservation but it was dealt with very well. needed air conditioning because of the heat wave.

property is awesome and well managed..it’s a 4 star property and feels luxurious when you enter..the ppl owning it are amazing hosts and take care of your each and every request.. we met Florian he was amazing and made our stay so wonderful.. we are happy to take away beautiful moments with us..thanks a lot

Amazing getaway with views in the Dolomites!

Great location with incredible views. Convenient to access Alpe di Suisi. Extremely friendly staff, wonderful family run property! Facilities in excellent condition.

Perfect - coming back for sure!

Excellent breakfast and lovely staff that is always happy to help. The view from the hotel is insane and the fitness/spa facilities are both 10/10.

Unfortunately the road just next to the hotel was extremely busy and loud (during the night).

The views, the service, the pool, breakfasts and dinners, the sauna and the location. This place is a beautiful retreat from which to explore the Dolomites.

This hotel is a true gem - would stay there again definitely! Big shoutout to the amazing staff!

This is one of the most amazing places we've stayed at - the staff is absolutely unbelievable and will go out of their way to make your stay exceptional. Everything is at a super high standard and feels like such a peaceful retreat when you're out skiing all day. Ignore all the random nitpicking comments about tiny imperfections (most of which aren't really substantiated) - I'm so glad we did and decided to stay there. Completely recommended.

Great stay with amazing views, great food, spa facilities and service.

Swimmingpool very warm and ideal size. Gorgeous views from the balcony and terrace. Room is well equipped with everything one may need. Clean everywhere, coffee machine in the room and welcome treats. Staff is very attentive and pleasant. Amazing breakfast!

Relaxing and inspiring stay at a beautiful hotel

Breakfast was a large, delicious buffet served in a sunny, lovely dining room. In addition to the buffet items they prepared eggs and coffee to order.

The restaurant is very limited for dinner so be prepared to make other arrangements. The staff helped us order pizza delivery when we did not want to go out.

Best breakfast I ever had

Breakfast in Italy is mostly just bad, so I had low expectations. But this place nailed it and set the bar to a new level. Besides the breakfast, the pool and location was all great.

Check out was early and couldn’t be extended but it was busy, fair enough.

Too little value for money.

Very nice pool and wellness area and a fantastic scenery view onto the mountains. I also appreciated the welcoming drink.

Unfortunately the restaurant was very disappointing. Only a few dishes, nothing exceptional and closed on Saturday night in the high season!! For a hotel of this standard and price the restaurant should be of the same high standard. The waiter was stressed and the ambiance in the dinner room was not nice.

Good

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. You received a wellcome drink on arrival. Free public transport pass.

Rooms were noisy, you could clearly hear the upper neighbours making a home video every evening. Pool area missed enough sunbeds to accomodate every guest. Outdoor sitting area of our appartment was above the restaurant's toilet. Room furniture was outdated and not according to the pictures.

This is the real gem to stay in! Highly recommended! Breakfast was delicious, facilities were on top especially the swimming pool with the view!
