☆☆☆☆☆ em tudo da limpeza ha decoração as áreas do quarto a limpeza dos quartos mt bom Os comeres com mt variadade peixe,carne mt bom Pequeno-almoço óptimo O cheirinho pelo hotel optimo mt agradável Adoramos a vista do quarto virados pro jardim e pra piscina sempre iluminada 😍 Funcionários mt simpáticos em todas as áreas ❤ Gostamos mt fomos em família 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Tem um jardim e piscinas exteriores mt bom as actividades para as crianças mt bom mesmo Para repetir se Deus quiser 🥰

Relaxing stay!

Great food, lot's of options, delicious meals. Friendly staff and efficient bar attendants. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds are very comfortable. Good size pools. Great location, close to Marina, walking distance to a beautiful beach.

Absolutely fantastic 5 night stay (4 nights through Your Golf Travel another night on Booking Dotcom

Great to be back after 4 year Covid absence. Hotel, food, staff etc fantastic. Great to see so many of the same staff still there. Been 4 times now and this was the best. 100% recommend. 👍

Exceptional

Very comfortable room: spacious, bed - very comfortable. All what is needed Staff is amazing: helpful, friendly... Food good Would come back, definitely

Lovely hotel shame about some of the guest!!

The hotel staff are lovely! We were upgraded to sea view suite free of charge which was amazing!!

The swimming pools were all cordoned off. There was no evening entertainment maybe because it’s so early in the season. It felt like I was in a weatherspoons on a Saturday afternoon just before a football match. Gangs of men so loud everywhere you went in the hotel so for me and my husband who were on a couples holiday it became abit much so we will not return which is a shame because the hotel has huge potential

Lovely giant room with great views!

The size of the room!!! Gorgeous ocean views from the balconies!! The desk staff were always very helpful and kind. The bartenders were all very nice and the drinks were great!

The food was ok. The game room was fun for our family, but wish it were bigger and updated. More kids spa options would have been wonderful.

Perfect for what we wanted

Hotel and rooms were very clean. Great location 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and less than 10mins into the old town. Staff friendly and service good. Food was simple with enough choice and very well done. For what we paid can’t really fault it. For a well priced weekend with friends or golf weekend it works well.

Pools were looking very tired with a lot of missing tiles. Outside could use a little tlc

Superb

The hotel has a very luxurious feel, the location is excellent and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Everywhere is just so clean and the housekeeping staff do such a wonderful job on rooms daily.

very nice hotel -would go back

Breakfast -good -good choice tasty food -pool -did not visit- room-not enough light -shower difficult to work-bed comfortable-hanging space in wardrobe -too high or too low-n ice high toilet -disabled room-room very near reception and not far from restaurant-evening meal very good-b uffet

would have liked tea making facilities not enough light in room shower difficult to work-couldn't get it to work properly

Great location, nice staff, and close to lovely restaurants.

I always clean my room when I arrive at a hotel and this was one of the few times I found my room to be clean.

The only issue I had was the food wasn't hot or warm in many cases

Excellent hotel, we didn't want to leave

Great hotel. Rooms clean, spacious and well furnished. Excellent food and drinks. Helpful staff. Two large pools plus one smaller for children. Tennis court free of charge, including equipment. Bus shuttle to the nearest beach and to town. Several beautiful beaches approx 15 min by foot.

Food could be better lack of variety and quiet bland. Cocktails were pre mixed and not fresh. Location is ok not amazing. Spa is good and so are the pools.

Lovely relaxing hotel which we have visited many times.

Fantastic selection of food, clean and very spacious accommodation.

Would like to be served drinks at the table when eating. Also had to ask for cold milk which was not available by the pool to make tea.

the buffet selection was fabulous and the rooms were cleaned well

some staff were rude and discriminatory. room needed to be in a better state of repair for the price. no mini bar as advertised

Great option for an all inclusive- would definitely recommend

The 2 bedroom suite we had was huge with an amazing sea view. It was cleaned to a very high standard daily. The pool area was lovely and we were always able to get beds. Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff

The drinks were of a high standard and the breakfast and snack options were very good. The good choices in the evening were quite limited

Hotel was fair but for a stated 5* it was poor, personally felt more like a 3*

location was good and the staff were very helpful and welcoming

Food and facilities were poor. Food was all cold and it was always the same. Facilities were tired and not what I’d expect as a 5* hotel

Perfect

Reception staff were exceptional- in particular Mariana & the tall blonde gentleman. Restaurant- food good, lots of variety Entertainment- good, especially Angelo & the reptile show.

More frequent shuttle bus to town Cocktails at the bar could be better
