Nice but not pristine, overpriced for what we got

Ok location in a nice neighborhood. Enough room for 3 separate sleeping areas.

Our unit was lacking enough plates, silverware etc for 4 people to do a dinner and breakfast. One of the bathrooms smelled like cigarettes. Generally clean but overpriced for what you got.

An excellent property, in an excellent location with an outstanding host/property manager in Alex.

We arrived very late as the airline changed the schedule. Alex our host contacted us at every stage to make sure that we could access the property and had arrived safely. His communication was reassuring and helpful. The following day he provided us with excellent local advice on good restaurants. He was constantly supportive without being intrusive. The local area was safe and friendly. A great place to walk/run around where people said hello! The property was perfect for us with two double rooms and two bathrooms, one with a bath. The excellent laundry facility was a real bonus. We would definitely stay here again. Outstanding value for money. Fort Lauderdale was a great place to stay and the beach was wonderful.

There was nothing about the accommodation or location that was negative, Five fabulous days of relaxation in wonderful Fort Lauderdale.

The property was very clean and beautiful. It was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Parking was located directly in front or the property so it was very convenient.

We loved everything about it.

Quiet Residential Location

Quiet residential location but a short (1 mile) walk from the water taxi station #1 and the Las Olas downtown area. Clean apartment with two good size bedrooms

Great for couples or a small family in a quiet neighborhood, near water taxi stop.

We stayed here for 2 nights before a cruise. The property was in a quiet residential neighborhood a little over a mile from the closest water taxi stop (which we recommend as it's a great way to get around and see everything if you don't have a car) and about 2 miles to the beach, both easily walkable. It's about 20 min by car to the cruise port and 20-25 min from the airport. There were 2 queen bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a futon in the living room area and it was clean with plenty of towels. It's great for 2-3 couples or a small family. There was a small kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and small Keurig-style coffee maker. The nearest grocery is about a little over a mile walk. Communication from the host was excellent and we enjoyed a few of his dinner recommendations.

We found the beds too soft for our liking, but we like firm beds, so it's really just a personal preference. We wished there was a heavier blanket available for the beds. The home was suitable for our needs but was a bare-bones type of place, so if you want a full kitchen to cook your own meals, a yard, pool, or a place near the "action", this wouldn't work for your needs. Also, we found it odd that the toilet paper was hung on a rack attached to the tank and was difficult to reach. We recommend a wall dispenser or a floor stand to make access easier, especially for people who have back/shoulder problems and can't twist to reach it. :-)

Alex and team were tremendous hosts. We asked a lot if questions and each one was answered promptly and thoroughly. The team was very quick to respond when we had a small maintenance issue and fixed it promptly. They gave great suggestions for local fare, and recommended some great dining. Thank you!

I probably wouldn’t stay there again. Expensive for what you got.

Area was good, bedrooms were nice. We were three women so needed three beds.

The futon couch was terrible! Arm kept falling off. We couldn’t Eve n sit on it comfortably and unfortunately, I had to sleep on it. There was a random thin double mattress in the closet so I put that on top of futon, but it didn’t help much. Very strong scent of cleaning products that never abated.

Short stay. Had we been there longer would have contacted Alex about the thermostat as we didn’t get a very good sleep

nice quiet location. place was clean

it was very warm in the unit and the thermostat was locked so we could not adjust the temperature. the couch wasn’t very comfortable to sit on.

perfect pre cruise overnight stay!

perfect stay for 5 of us the night before our cruise departure! we were so comfortable we didn’t even go out to dinner and just door dashed🤣 Would definitely stay again!

Okay

The location was in an affluent area so it felt safe. It was too hot to go on long walks. The price was fair.

Only one tv in the living room which really had inadequate seating. The water pressure in the kitchen was poor. No dishwasher or laundry facilities. The beds were so soft and uncomfortable. There was no luxury about this condo.

Alex was great to work with and very accommodating.

The place was very nice, but we did notice the area around the baseboards and lower walls had a pretty good layer of dust and dirt because they hadn't been washed in a long time. I don't think the floor was mopped either because my socks got very dirty very fast after removing my shoes. Otherwise, the place was very nice, but that is why I held back rating all exceptional

sofa/ sofa bed not a regular sofa/ sofa bed especially when stated sleeps 6. No way 2 ppl can sleep on that sofa bed.
