This is a cute little place. It's not just a hotel room, it's a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchenette. It's has a great old Florida feel and style. The bed was comfortable the AC kept up nicely and it is truly a 5-7 minute walk to the beach and shops. . The manager was friendly and helpful and there are plenty of bicycles if you want to ride the 2-4 blocks for ice cream. It's very quiet inside. The older construction is built well and keeps out street noise. There is a Publix and a CVS about 2 blocks away too.
I enjoyed it here and would definitely come again..
If you are able to bring a wagon for the beach that would be nice to have if you're staying with a bigger group, but the beach chairs are backpack style and easy to manage.

The facilities were nice
The management was terrible. Earley in the morning the Cleaning staff opened our door with a key with our do not disturb sign up and with telling them do not to come in. She was with a pest control man. He was actively spraying chemicals. We had children in our room also. Management got smart and nasty when we presented to her.
