Although it's a little dated it is very clean. Very good value for the money and a great location.

I liked the location's proximity; it was midway between the port and the Seminole Hard Rock Casino. We attended a wedding at the yacht club, and this location was perfect in a quiet and quaint area. It felt safe. It was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. This place felt homey with two full beds, a small kitchen and dining area, a full bath, and plenty of drawers for clothes in the room, and a closet for a longer stay. The backdoor was nice to have as a second exit point. The patio section at the front door was nice, but we were too busy to enjoy it. The room was beautifully themed decorated with nautical and ocean decor, color coordinated throughout. The best part was check-in being a breez with a code sent by text to unlock the door. The grounds are well-maintained.
I would suggest more lighting at night. Complimentary water bottles upon arrival would have been nice. Difficulty finding wastebasket; located under bathroom sink.
