Great stay;!if you’re planning to cook, bring your own equipment

Beautiful propriety, lots of space in unit. Good heating, strong WiFi.

Far from a well equipped kitchen- they have plates cups and forks; but as far as cooking equipment they have a few pots and pans and that’s about it. Far from the pools and amenities listed, must drive as it’s in a different part of the community.

Will probably stay again if in the area.

There was plenty of space for everyone.

We had a hard time locating the property because the houses were not lit up and the landscaping was to high to see the numbers on the building.

Short and sweet - planning to return.

The reception at the front office was great. The lady in there was so friendly and welcomed our questions. She did a wonderful job informing us of local places and check-in information.

The guard at the gate was curt and rude. We did not feel secure with him there. We also needed sheets and blankets for the sleeper sofa and did not discover the need until after hours. We had our own just in case and made it.

I won’t be back..

I’m sorry there was not anything that I can pinpoint that went well. From check in to the accommodations they weren’t great.

I was provided the incorrect address for getting to the location from crown resorts, security was no help and it was embarrassing having residents stacked up behind mee and security asking me to just back up. The rooms were dirty, glasswear was dirty, I found crumbs and wrappers in the couch.. very outdated.. roads need help and were bumpy..

Deck wasn’t clean initially but staff did resolve the next day.

Quiet location in a community. Beautiful lakes (need to drive to get there).

No blankets provided, just the bedspreads. Carpet is not vacuumed in corners. Smells mildew in bedrooms. Everything is outdated.

THEY NEED A MAJOR UPGRADE

THIS CONDO NEEDS SOME MAJOR UPGRADE REPAIRS, THE FRONT STEPS NEEDS REPLACE, BEFORE SOMEONE GET HURT, THERE VERY LOOSE, IT TOOK US A WHILE TO FINE THE APARTMENT BECAUSE A BUSH WAS IN THE WAY OF THE NUMBER AND COULDN'T SEE THE NUMBER UNTIL YOU WALK UP TO THE DOOR. THEY NEED A BETTER SYSTEM OF CHECKING IN , NUMBER 1 IT TOOK SEVERAL MINUTES FOR THEM TO FINE OUT RESERVATION, THAN THERE WAS NO BODY AT THE RESERVATION DESK, THEY TOLD US TO LOOK IN THE UNLOCK BOX TO FINE OUR CHECK IN PACKAGE, COULDN'T FINE OUR NAME, SO WE HAD TO CALL THE BACK, THEN THEY TOLD US , THEY USED A DIFFERENT NAME FOR SECURITY REASON, SO WE WENT BACK TO THE BOX AND WE FINALLY FIND OUR PACKAGE. THIS IS THE WORSE CONDO WE EVER DEALT WITH, WE STAY IN CONDOS FROM PENNSYLVANIA,VERMONT, SOUTH CAROLINE AND HAWAII

Not as described, unprofessional games, not good for short stays

Clean, cheap.

Not good for one night stay. Property requires trash removal and bed stripping like a multi day rental. Outside steps with no handrails. Poorly disclosed security deposit. Keys left in lock box under different name in an attempt to collect payment info for deposit which should have been done when final payment was made.

Great Resort & Location! Negative check in experience!

I would have given 10 points if we wouldn’t have the such a negative check in experience. The townhouse is located in a very natural secluded area with hiking, boating, swimming….. possibilities. The two bedrooms and common dining area are well designed and equipped with useful tools. As we stayed during the winter it was quiet but well heated.

The main check in office is open Mo-Fr 9am - 5 pm. So if you arrive outside that time you need to call the hotline. There are several numbers provided and we managed to get someone on the line after 10 min! For receiving the key we had to give our full credit card information which I pointed out that our bank is not recommending. The actual facility booking was done via booking.com already, I suggest to connect this resort to use the same source information.

I loved how it looked like an apartment. It was a hike like environment.. it was also nice that there were already kitchen appliances there to use..

kind of run down, needs updated. cigarette burn hole in a couch, lines in the carpet, etc. no wood provided for the fireplace.

We absolutely love the area - it is central and beautiful. The living area provides the space we need for scrapbooking.

The area is run down. Roads were in bad shape. The area is very vacant at this time. I requested an early check in and was denied, but there was nearly no one around.

It was peaceful and quiet. Lots of wildlife.

Sofa couch was super uncomfortable and beds weren’t very soft. The TV in living room needs updated to smart tv like the bedrooms.

We liked the area and the place was okay for o one night stay and for the company that was with us

Liked the location and the fact that it was a townhouse/condo that family could stay together, eat together and enjoy the evening together. They had nice up-to-date appliances.

Unfortunately the unit we stayed in was shabby looking mostly because of the kitchen cabinets which were worn and one drawer was falling off. The upstairs bathroom cabinet was very cheap looking and all the drawers and doors were worn and again, one was not properly affixed, The entertainment was situated so three people could watch the t.v. but the fourth person sitting in a large lounge chair had to look sideways into the t.v. The chair was very heavy to move. We thought about moving the cabinet more into the middle but it was too heavy and we were not sure of the hookups.
