I gave it 3 out of 5 stars. The hotel was clean but the toilet always kept getting clogged. The toilet paper was inferior quality. It wasn't even one-ply. I think it was a half-ply. We had to buy our own toilet paper at a nearby convenience store. The bathroom door lock was broken so we had to keep warning my co-occupants that someone was inside the bathroom. There were 2 elevators but one was under repair throughout my stay and I was there for 10 days. Other than that, the place served its purpose of providing a habitable place to take a bath and sleep. But there's a lot, as in, A LOT that could be improved. I might stay here again if I don't find a better place. I'll just remember to bring my own toilet paper. Let me add that during 1 time I ate in their cafe, I noticed that the paper napkin I was about to use had what appeared to be lipstick stains. I complained to the restaurant staff but they were quick to blame it on the napkin supplier.

Water is dripping from the air conditioning of the initial room I was booked in. Since it was late, I decided to stay in the same room and I was transferred to a different room the next day. The rooms need to be renovated as some of the fixtures are already damaged, eg., tables and chairs are worn. The bathroom also needs serious upgrade as there are molds everywhere. One of the lifts is also not working, my room was just in the second floor so I just used the stairs whenever the lift is busy. The best part of the stay here is definitely the staff as they were really helpful in all of my asks.

The rooms were reasonably priced. They were spacious and clean. However, there were molds in the bathroom. They transferred us to different rooms but they still had some mold, just not as bad. I could see some mold in the shower head too. I woke up with insect bites on my legs and arm, possibly bed bugs and because of those issues, I decided to switch hotels and they gave me the refund for the unused position of my stay. I think these issues need to be mentioned. I had read 2 reviews that mentioned molds and I ignored it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient because it is an easy walk to Megamall and ShangriLa.

Small, quiet, clean, helpful staff all -around. Rooms spacious and immaculate. Love the ceramic floors and big, high pressure shower. Good resto and breakfast onsite. Hallways and walls need serious updating.

I have always had a pleasant stay at Jinjang Inn since 2018. Staff are very courteous, proximity to places of interest is great. I just wished that the bathroom floor does not get flooded when I take a shower, a quick fix to the shower doors should easily resolve the floosing issue; otherwise, Jinjang Inn will always be my go to place when I am in the Philippines.

Short overnight stay. Hotel is clean. Staff were warm and friendly. The only downside is the parking lot is full and had to park across the street and had to pay extra. Parking should have been shouldered by the hotel. Other than that hotel is nice and in the middle of the district. Hotel is close to the mall. I would stay again in this hotel.

PRO: Easy check-in, friendly staff, assisted us/moved us right away when we had room issues, breakfast is buffett-style and delish (paid), convenient location, clean rooms, comfy bed/pillows, has fridge and safes in rooms, AC is strong. CON: Facility is old, laminates/wallpaper are peeling, and leaky, it started "pouring rain" in our 1st room bathroom from the upstairs guest, our stuff in the bathroom was soaked. We called and got moved but the 2nd room has a leaky AC unit. We didn't complain since it wasn't as bad as the 1st room and we didn't want to move again so we just put a trashbin under it to catch water, still wetted the floor though. It was dripping on the walls too which explains why the walls are peeling off. The bathroom also has mold. Rooms have no microwave. RECOMMENDATION: Recommended for short stays, if you have business in the area, with good (for a fee) breakfast.

I’m glad I stayed in this hotel. It was inexpensive but had good qualities. The place was really nice. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was great. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is nice and has a relaxing ambience. Good and approachable staff. Clean room. Breakfast buffet is great. I just had a problem with the Aircon leaks but not too bad. I still able to work nicely.

It was a great location. The price was better than most AirBnbs.The staff from the front desk, to the security guards and the housekeeping are VERY helpful. However, the air conditioner was malfunctioning. It dripped on the floor ALL THE TIME. The fridge barely got cold. The towels were tattered and old. I noticed that the staff's uniform was torn. There were beds in the corridor and the whole hotel desperately needed a refurb. There were small little gnats/mites that bit and made you itch. Housekeeping could do a better job at cleaning the floors and making sure the bathroom was spotless. The friendliness and helpfulness of staff made it bearable. I would like to particularly single out Patrick. He was very pleasant and really provided great customer service!

Had a window not closing properly issue in #709 the 1st night with heavy road noises and switched to 622 which was quieter. Edison taped the light from ceiling's smoke alarm. Spoke to the manager duty, PJ, regarding the issue, PJ, where we received complimentary breakfast on the last day. Breakfast was ok with some warm siumai and steam buns, plain congee, cereal, etc. Patrick, who checked us in, had always been resourceful and friendly. Good wifi and super responsive house keeping. It is just minutes from a couple of malls where there were food courts. A few banks with ATM nearby. Kinda far from airport especially in Manila's congested traffic.

Very pleasant stay. Hotel is located in the very busy Ortigas CBD but I did not have any trouble getting around. Excellent staff. Hotel is showing wear-and-tear and this needs to be addressed, especially in the room.

Staff services has improved alot over the last 7 years. However their cafe which provide breakfast (if you opt to include breakfast in your room), has not been improved. First, the food presentation still not good, mostly Philippines dish, choice of food limited, food is cold. I knew the hotel sub contracted this cafe to another operator.

The breakfast provided in the hotel cafe(if you opt to have breakfast in your hotel room). The food is very local. Lack of choice, presentation not good, food is cold. Salad is dry, very limited fruit. Bread is alway cold and hard, I do worried how do they treat and prepare these food such as veggies, fruit, bread. Hygiene is still a problem. This is still the problem in this hotel overs the last 10 years, they sub contracted to many Cafe operators which operate below expectations. The operators are low down canteen food operators, which provide simple food and cooking, probably to staff, locals, site worker. Now here you have international guest staying, the breakfast is certainly not very suitable and appetising

Walking distance to mega mall, Shangrila, podium and galleria. The only disappointing is that the traffic lights were not working so you need to be careful when crossing the street. I have a relaxing stay and the breakfast is great.
