Great hotel stay for our family! Spacious rooms with everything you need for a two day stay for a volleyball tournament. The kitchen was a big help for our stay and had everything you needed.

We had an actual suite with a full kichen and large refrigerator. Dishes, glasses and cooking implementa included! The bed was around the cirner from the kitchen, so you werent really looking at it. Goid size living room area with corner sifa. Everything was ckean & comfortable & it was on the front of the hotel facing highway traffic, but the noise was barely noticeable. Great hotel, would definitely return again.

Unexpectedly dirty overall...lack of attention to detail. No dish soap...only given a single pack of dishwasher detergent. Had to ask for another pack each day. We got stuck on the pool level in the rain because the door sensor wasn't working properly. Front desk seemed very aware of it and didn't seem overly concerned. Overall lack of expected service for the price. Not impressed.

Not what I expected for the price, or for a "Hilton". I've been in cleaner Motel 6 ...I've had better service in Best Western. I'm simply disappointed for the price point.

There was not enough towels for my family and I. I had to call for towels 2x. Also there was no blankets for my kids bed which I also called for. I also found a moldy plate of food in one of the cabinets. The provided body wash was also empty.

The room we stayed in was adequate; however, there were flaws during our stay: (1) a big stain in the carpet in the living area; (2) the bathroom smelled like dog urine -- faint, but it was present (this after waiting a while to get our room ready); (3) breakfast is underwhelming for a Hilton suite. In the hotels I've stayed at, from 2 stars to 5 stars, they provided eggs and another protein (i.e., bacon, sausage links, etc.) Not here. It was only scrambled eggs and overcooked and dry for 4 straight days. Not sure if not serving a second protein is a cost-cutting measure, but at least learn how to cook eggs properly. Most of the staff were nice, from the maintenance guy to the cleaners. Unfortunately, the front desk woman, when we arrived, could use a little more customer service training and attitude improvement. Travelling with kids is not easy especially when they are young. When your room is not available around check-in time, it's frustrating but I understand it happens. The problem with the front desk is she did a poor job conveying the info about when our room will be available. "I don't know what to tell you" is never an acceptable response especially after she already gave an arbitrarily selected time range to wait. I know she hates her job and is just going through the motions and doing the bare minimum but if you're going to be the front-facing staff for the hotel -- DO BETTER!

The suite we stayed in was spacious and full of amenities. We stayed with our 2 dogs and they had plenty of room to roam. The dog area was quite small outside but we made it work. The pool and spa were very nice. The outdoor area has a bbq and fire pit which was nice to sit by in the evening after a swim.

We had to ask three times for bedding for the couch bed. After asking three times we had to go to the front desk to get it ourselves. Also, we had four guests but they only allowed two towels per room which is ridiculous.

Unbeatable hotel for the price paid. Loved the kitchen, size of rooms, facilities within the including jacuzzi, gym and swimming pool and breakfast was included which was the best during our stay in California. Really recommended

Great customer service from Alondra. Our rooms had everything we needed. Great value for what we paid. Especially liked that we were able to bring our pets with us and the rate for having them wasn’t over the top like other hotels. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel. Parking is not good if you have a large SUV. Beds were less than comfortable and the pull out bed was not good. Big room with fridge and sink. Would have been great for a longer stay.

Breakfast was an embarrassment. I had to go out for breakfast because the hotel meal was not edible. Poorly stocked room teas, etc. Things seem to have deteriorated since before Covid, and never recovered. Hilton should do better. Will do Marriott next time.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen was conveniently stocked with all the essentials, such as plates, utensils and mugs. There was a full size fridge and the room was just really clean. I also loved the fact that I could bring my dog. The free breakfast was surprisingly very good with many options. This will be my go to hotel from now on when I stay in the area.

This was such a pleasant surprise that we booked last minute. It was so nice to have a working kitchen and a spot so close to a lot of different restaurants as well with great Yelp reviews. Conveniently located a 25 min drive (with traffic) to the ocean. We called ahead to confirm parking and although it’s minimal free parking we were able to have a spot even with leaving off an on throughout the day.

The pool was closed 5 days in a row. Not good enough when you travel with children. Unabel to use the laundrymachine because i am an international guest. Had to go downtown to the laundrymate

Amazing hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Lovely stay. The check in process was not comfortable after flight cancellation and long travels. The person was not the most helpful and could not answer questions regarding bookings. I did not have a good experience.
