Beautiful hotel. Very close to everything. Two issues… The shower was VERY slippery and unsafe. There was no grip pad for the bottom. Also- not enough plugs for phones and devices-especially near the bed.

I did the mobile check in and instantly regretted going through the mobile check in / key pick up line. One person doing all the key pick ups while the main check in line was flowing. I wasted thirty minutes of my time when I could have completed my check in within ten minutes. Once I was checked in, the staff were very nice. Even though it was insanely crowded, I was given accurate information to find my room. Security was on point and must have room key to get upstairs to my room. Room was phenomenal! Kind of a split level with living room in a King Suite. Short story, room was nice! Lots of options for dinner and the Italian restaurants are on point. Yardbird had a good chicken and waffles. More food than I could eat. Many shops to choose from inside hotel casino.

I’d struggle to recommend this property. Be aware that booking through this site they will give you a low floor room that is at the end of the corridor and smells of cooking fumes. The front desk service is hopeless - we waited an hour for the bags to be delivered to the room upon check in. They called me by a wrong name and said they’d refund one night (which they then argued they couldn’t). Quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve stayed in

Quite nice, service very good, but it sucks that there is an obligatory hotel fee of 56 bucks per day when it’s quite pricy to begin with.

Venetian has gone downhill. Communication is very poor and we were charged another deposit when we checked in for a prepaid stay. We knew we had the so-called resort fees to pay. We received no resort amenities. Duvet cover on the bed was dirty and dingy. The mattresses have obviously been changed down to cheap, very uncomfortable mattresses, which left both my friend's and my back hurting. All 3 days. Not worth the money. Try Bellagio, where the carpets are clean and there isn't a smoke cloud when you walk in.

It was a pleasant stay. Our family really enjoyed the stay, staffs are very courteous and friendly, the room is clean, the view was amazing. Granted the late check-out due to being a platinum member. Will definitely stay there again.

Horrible experience...overly complicated in trying to find ANYTHING...overly complicated in figuring out what amenities my reservation gives me...for some reason, everyone else in my party was on the 31st-33rd floors, but I was on the 11th...and NO ONE explained to me what I needed to to to BUY INTO the lounge on the 36th floor!

We had a great stay at The Venetian! The room was spacious, comfy and most important, clean! The bathroom it’s splendid! Great security around the guests exclusive areas, essential in such a bustling hotel and casino! Will come back for sure!

The room was amazing, the hotel is awesome, the smoking allowed in the building was horrible. Other than that, we loved it. I just don’t know that I would go back with all that cigarette smoking.

grand, convenient to walk the strip, good food courts to choose from, safe to stay with families, parking is convenient. Utilities, incidentals and taxes are way more than expected and take by surprise, be prepared to pay way more than what is shown on the website when we book initially

Made reservations for the Venetian’s, but ended at the Palazzo. Which also, is a beautiful hotel. I really wanted to stay at the Venetian, but there were no strip views available. So, I was accommodated, at the Palazzo with the strip view. Excellent customer service. We enjoyed our stay.

Venetian is always a great choice. The Palazzo rooms are a bit newer and nicer, but the Venetian rooms are still top notch. Customer service is 5 star. Plenty of restaurant choices in the hotel. If you don’t want to leave your hotel and have a great Vegas experience, you certainly do not need to.

The hotel is beautiful from the rooms, hallways, pool, restaurants. Everything is very clean and in great condition. They cleaned to room daily which you don't always get in hotels now. Great location to walk to other hotels, shows, The Sphere and the mall.

For something do expensive and fancy it was not clean and everything is a charge. The water outside had trash in it and homeless people wandering. You have to pay resort fee even if you dont use fitness center or wifi so anyone saying you can request not to pay is wrong they won't let you get out of it! Casino is min. bet high and overpriced too smokey. Other resorts on strip are much better and cheaper.

I've stayed at many hotels in Vegas, but the Venetian is by far the most confusing floorplan to navigate. The signage is awful - we were almost late for the Atomic Saloon show due to confusing signage. I waited on hold with the front desk for 20 minutes to find out how to connect to the wireless internet, as there was no info in the room on how to connect to their internet. It's 2024 folks - this alone is worthy of subtracting 2 stars.
