Room could be cleaner, the house keeper would come everyday and cleaned, but there were things that needed cleaning. More than just the service level. Maybe replace a few things. Service was amazing our butler DeLeon was wonderful and so helpful as well as patient. He was always able to answer our questions and was always willing to help.

Awesome property with great anemities. Always something to do during the duration of our stay. Staff was friendly and courteous for the most part. Food quality was great and selection as well. Would definitely recommend. Shout outs to Delvin, Emmanuel and Chema just to name a few that helped to make our stay enjoyable and entertaining. Butler service was lacking at the beginning of our stay but we figured it out ourselves. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Majestic Mirage. Food, drinks were plentiful. Weather and ocean conditions were great. No seaweed. Special thank to Noami, AnnaMaria, Felicia, Natalia, Francesco! They were excellent. Always willing to walk extra mile for us. Our kids were treated so nice and warm. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will go there again.

Our Butler Elias made the entire trip wonderful. Without him I don’t think we would have had even half as good of a time! The first room we had was dirty and filled with mosquitoes also terrible location. They did pretty promptly give us a new room, a much much cleaner and better room we were very happy with. Our first night was a little disappointing because of the room and because our butler didn’t get there until the next day. The next day was the start of our great experience. Our butler was funny kind and so personable. I brought my 12 year old son here for a mom and son trip and he bonded with our butler and my son had a wonderful experience in large part to our butler going above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. ELIAS thank you so much for being so awesome. I’m pretty sure a housekeeper or minibar personelle went through my backpack and took money out of it the first day. Put your things in the safe provided. The beach and grounds were beautiful. The food at the Italian restaurant and steakhouse was great the seaside buffet was best for breakfast and lunch. The draft sportsbar food was AWFUL and the food at the buffet was AWFUL. I mean like it was worse than chuckie-cheese food. Also avoid the pizza on the room service menu so bad. The rest of the food on the room service menu was acceptable. The staff was amazing and friendly and make you feel so welcome and appreciated. The check in staff could be more accommodating and more friendly. Will return!

We had an amazing 7 day vacation at the Majestic Mirage! Our first floor king suite, with living room and two twin Murphy beds 2 full bathrooms provided us with the perfect amount of space for our family. The best part was the outdoor patio with Cabana and direct access to the pool. The beach was well maintained with plenty of shade, loungers, and cabanas for all. The many restaurants and bars provided lots of options for food and drinks. The maintenance group was extremely fast to respond to our door lock problem and drippy shower faucet. Overall, great service provided! A couple of improvements would be to do some minor refreshing of the resort/rooms like new furniture (or clean upholstery), fresh paint, improving the pub and disco spaces, etc. Also modify the "must wear pants" rule for men which is enforced in some restaurants to accept nice dress shorts also. Be prepared to do lots of tipping even though it's an "all-inclusive".

We had two rooms one for my wife and myself, and another for my adult sons.Property is beautiful, staff all around was friendly. Check in was not great, was not offered food or drink when we arrived just shuffled into a long check in process. One room not ready one room was supposed to have two beds for my sons. They ended up sharing a bed, and after 2nd day they brought a cot into the room which was useless. Bus transfer to the airport was a nightmare, Gentleman driving the go majestic van called me by first name and was the same gentleman who took us to the resort. Thank god he asked what airline and we quickly found out he took the wrong family to the airport. Then back to the hotel and the go majestic services could not find my van transfer. I heard the woman who took my reservation for the bus transfer trying to find out what happened on the phone with someone saying bendejo several times not sure if referring to me? The butler was a nice guy. He made dinner reservations a couple nights for us.

This place is very clean and quiet. Foods were good except Japanese rest. It was so salty. The most foods were French rest. But it needs to be reserved in advance. Each group will be given a person in charge. But my group were not happy with this person. He didn’t care about our schedule of golf tee time etc, status of restaurant reservations ….. Except that most of things were good and enjoyable for staying

Functionally totally inaccessible. If you are elderly or otherwise activity limited book somewhere else or be prepared to shell out $900 to rent a scooter for one. No onternet n room. limited access to best restaurants. Free golf with mandatory $98 cart rental. Unfriendly; unhelpful.

I had a wonderful two weeks during the Christmas and new years holidays. The Majestic Mirage is a great property with large spaces to explore and have fun. The beach is beautiful and the water great to swim in. There were great shows daily and the entertainers go out of their way to make people happy. The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure that I was treated very well. In fact the best part about this resort is its friendly staff. Our room was spotless. The resort was very quiet and relaxing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rafi made amazing drinks and good conversation so we gravitated to his bar everyday. Our butler Ed was helpful and checked in throughout the week to make sure everything was going smoothly and made sure our ride back to the airport was all set up. Juan Bernardo made sure we were comfortable pool side bringing us drinks and towels. I would absolutely return to Majestic Mirage.

The service is wonderful overall. The property is beautiful and clean. The sit down meals are great with good food and service. I'm not a fan of buffets, but they do offer a good variety of options and are convenient. The evening shows and activities are fun! I would be happy to visit again!

My room wasn’t properly cleaned. There was hair in my shower, and on my towels. Roaches in my room. And it took over an hour before they dropped my luggage off to my room. Ruined my Birthday trip. I won’t be returning

The Majestic Mirage is a really nice property. My family and I absolutely loved the room layout as it provided a separate area for sleeping and had two TV's. The only downfall during our stay was, we had two encounters where maintenance had to come to our room because the water in the bathroom was releasing a really bad odor. Hats off to maintenance for rectify the problem quickly. And I loved the special touch of having a Butler; it was awesome.

The resort itself is a pristine paradise, meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean. You can always see the staff working hard to keep this standard. Our one-bedroom suite was a highlight, offering an incredibly spacious retreat with the added luxury of two toilets. Immaculate upon check-in, it was expertly tidied up daily. The dining experiences were nothing short of excellent, with a staff that exhibited remarkable attentiveness. Omar, our dedicated butler, elevated our stay to extraordinary heights. Always at our beck and call, he ensured our favorite drinks were plentiful and our room stocked with delectable snacks. From managing reservations to personal touches, Omar's service was the epitome of perfection. The holiday festivities and decorations, especially during Christmas, added a magical touch. The animation team, with their spectacular evening shows including the mesmerizing Michael Jackson and magic performances, truly set this resort apart as top-tier. Meeting General Manager Elena was a pleasure, highlighting her genuine care for both the resort and its guests. Our stay was so delightful that we eagerly booked another for May 2024 before leaving. This is an experience that transcends the ordinary – a perfect blend of luxury, service, and entertainment.

Everything was great, except for the staff in the restaurants. The service was extremely slow in every restaurant. It was like you literally had to trip the wait staff for a glass of water or a refill. I would rate the staff in the restaurants about a 4 on a scale of 1-10.

Like the seaside buffet, and all restaurants food are excellent, cleaning the room twice a day is impressive. Lots of shade on the property. Also like the tennis court they have.

Our butler Yenny was very attentive and competent. she did everything possible to solve an issue we had with our room. Sommelier Carmelo was also extremely kind and helpful. Their service certainly made our stay better! The children really liked the pool. The negative point of the resort is the food: little variety and long lines at the buffet; poor food at the Italian restaurant. The cafeteria didn't have half of the menu items… The only good restaurant was the Japanese.

Check in was very easy and the hotel was very clean. Food was just average and nothing was hot or fresh. Seven restaurants to choose from and we were not wowed by a single one. The beach and pool area were very comfortable and never overcrowded. The cleaning staff was not the best, came twice a day but never changed the dirty sheets. We stayed 6 nights and had the same sheets every night. We had a room with a rooftop jacuzzi which was beautiful with an incredible view. Every night there was a different activity in the theatre of the hotel which was nice and workers were very interactive with the guests. Venders on the beach were a little overwhelming and everybody is looking to make a dime.
