Ideal and Comfortable KC Stay

The location was ideal for quick downtown KCMO access. The room was seemingly clean, already cool at our arrival and gave us plenty of space for our short stay. The parking garage was handy as it was stormy the first night of our stay.

We were under the impression that breakfast was included in the hotel costs and fees and we’re surprised the first morning of our stay when it was indeed not.

Good location for a visit to Kansas City (MO or KS), though with some qualifications

Despite the location on the Kansas side of the Missouri River, the hotel offers quick and easy access to downtown Kansas City, MO. The room was spacious and generally comfortable. Nice bathroom. And a mini-fridge is always a welcome feature for me.

In a word: noise. Our street-facing room wasn't well insulated from the traffic noise. We had the misfortune of having someone's car alarm go off in the hotel parking area across the street from our room one night and wake us up. The bed squeaked. Finally, the hotel is also located about a block away from a fire station, and we heard sirens on and off throughout two nights of our stay. (There was also a false fire alarm one evening, but that's not the sort of thing for which one can really fault the hotel.)

This was a solid choice for a visit to Kansas City and I would consider staying here again!

The staff was so friendly! This was great value for the price. Our room was very clean and updated and we had a nice view of the city. Parking was covered and FREE! It exceeded my expectations in terms of what I was expecting. Very easy drive to downtown. It took us 5 minutes to get to where we needed to be for our event.

When you outside to the parking garage, the area is covered, which is great. But people stand there and smoke, I wish they would make that part a no-smoking area and move the smoking somewhere else that's not so close to the garage.

Very good

The room was really comfortable and the staff was nice and thoughtful.

We did not have hot water in our shower in the first night, but the staff rapidly worked to fix it, even offering us the option to change rooms.

Superb

I paid in advance for both rooms I had. Then my friend checked out and paid for her room which I had already paid for. I don't see how Hilton could have let her pay again now she says she doesn't owe me anything because she paid for her room. I'm very frustrated.

Everything was great, except the bed.

Bathroom and amenities were nice. Space was nice. Reception availability was nice.

Bed was uncomfortable. Could not sleep well. It sank a bit too much and accumulated body heat. The pillows also sank way more, so worse than the bed. I would consider changing them for firmer ones.

Not use to this from a Hilton, shocked!

Size of room, friendly staff

Bed was broken, my grandson fell off. Phone did not work. Breakfast was extremely limited. No coffee or tea available afternoon or evening.

staff were happy and location was easy access to i70 for out continued trip west.

they were short staff. resulting in reduced food services primarily. but the worst was no hot water for my wife shower at 9am, not good! should include breakfast for the price.

Very good

The breakfast and service were an excellent value. We parked across the street in the motel’s parking lot that was well-lit. The handicapped room was spacious.

The bed was low and very uncomfortable. I expected a much better quality bed.
