Modesto visit

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean, I believe it recently had a remodel. The valet attendants were friendly and helpful and very quick to bring the car. I appreciated the extra security of having to use your room key for the elevator. My room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I had breakfast in the hotel restaurant. It was buffet style. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. There was a good selection of options. I will definitely stay here again.

That the hotel lounge closed at 11 on Saturday night. We had been at an all-day event and just wanted to unwind at the hotel's lounge. The bartender did suggest a couple nearby bars.

The perfect stay.

It was the perfect location for what we needed. Parking was easy. I felt safe and secure. I would definitely stay there again.

There is nothing I can say that I didn't like. Maybe just to be told that we had to scan our card to go up to our room, other than that it was perfect.

Smelled and looked clean. Staff super attentive.

No microwaves in the rooms. There vending machine by the pool over charged me $7 times 6 times when I only purchase a water and soft drink

Dangerous parking lot, long wairs

Very nice beds

I was actually "shoo"'d out of the parking lot after wrong way driver barreled past. Nobody at desk, no bell staff, one guy for all 7 cars. Mismanaged, still pricy to park. Very long weights due to no people.

We had a wonderful stay, and we thank you so much.

Everything was lovely. I especially want to thank the person who checked us into the hotel. He was so kind, helpful, and went out of his way to make our stay a beautiful one. I don't remember his name, but he is from Fiji. He helped us go to our meeting on the 10th floor. He gave us a new key when we stayed an extra 1/2 day. He was so polite, helpful, sincere. He made our stay such a beautiful one. Please let him know. Thank you so much. Charlene Fried and my son, Jose Perez

I will be placing a very low rating on the YELP. I am so disappointed as I had higher hopes.

The close proximity to Gallo Center.

The shower ONLY provided scalding hot water and we couldn't take a shower. The cold water handle in the bathroom wouldn't turn on or off in a normal manner. Sometimes it would turn on and then not turn off and other times it would not turn off. There were tiny shards of glass on the floor.

The room was clean and spacious. Loved the barn door for the bathroom. Very inviting room. Lots of outlets for phones and computers.

It was a little costly but okay!

Parking comparisons really suck. Parking garage $12 and valet cost of $17 is ridiculous!

Comfortable, clean, fairly quiet.

Very helpful staff. Friendly, too. I liked that the maid didn't have to come daily. I asked for coffee supplies and got everything I asked for.

The elevator was confusing. I thought the information for my room was on the card key given me, but I found out I needed to use the key then push the floor button. The bar closed too early.

got a good nights sleep and enjoyed a decent meal at the lobby restaurant but paid too much for mediocre room

clean. courteous staff. the lobby restaurant’s staff was very friendly and though overpriced the food we had was good.

very poor access to the lobby because of remodeling but no convenient way to access, especially for my wife who is nursing a broken leg. had to walk out onto the public sidewalk and up a steep ramp to a side entrance. room heater did not seem to function properly, we tried to take the chill off the room but ended up having to take the comforter off the other bed. found hair in the bathtub, several long strands flowed out of the drain when we turned on the water.

From comfort to cookie, location and value, we will definitely stay again.

Spacious room, very clean, overall good value. Have heard good things about this hotel and was not disappointed. The bathroom and additional seating in the room worth both appreciated. More of a suite than a room, for sure.

Very little about the experience was negative. Was double-charged for valet, but it was fixed very quickly. It was busy when we checked in, but there was more than one event going on, so you can't expect anything else.
