Good location, nice clean facility

The breakfast was fine and for 2 of the 3 mornings of our stay we were the only guests in the dining room. Nice selection of food.

This has nothing to do with Rodeway but I will never use Booking.com again nor would I recommend it to my friends. Their nightly rate was almost $100 more than going directly to the hotel website.

Coffee was good. Could be more variety of food .

There were no chairs to sit on to watch TV, good thing we had our beach chairs to sit on.

Big scam

My credit card information was stolen by one of the staff, and fraudulent charges was made on it the very next day

Overall it was a great stay and loved the area and how clean the room was. Wi-Fi didn’t work though.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work & the staff didn’t come to check it.

Quite pricey for non-holiday weekend but very clean and comfortable.

Room very clean and bed was excellent.

For the money, included breakfast was basic continental and should be stated although wasn't a surprise. Bathroom nice but very small with no counter space at all, not even vanity counter around sink, nowhere to place toiletries and such.

Very convenient place to stay great price

The location was very close to everything we wanted to see

Room wasn’t cleaned when requested and we had to ask for clean towels and hallway was really warm and the breakfast was congested it would be more functional if the coffee tea was at end with everything to flow more everyone was stuck near toaster

would have been OK if the TV and air conditioner worked however they did not.

convenient location for wedding

TV didn’t work properly. had staff work on it for 20 minutes but still couldn’t change channels. then ac unit stopped, so no air, or sound to help eliminate road noise since we had to open window. tried to call the front desk numerous times no one picked up ended up calling another number and left a message. No response! in the morning we did talk to hotel staff and ask if we could get a discount on the rate for the inconveniences. Staffing though we’re very nice we will see if booking or the hotel can adjust the rate that we paid would appreciate anything. if you or the hotel could let me know, that would be great.

The location is excellent, right off the bridge. The staff was so friendly and helpful with my late arrival. The room was large and very comfortable, recent renovations really improved it. Breakfast was perfect for an early start.

Beachlife in a cozy hotel, can’t beat that

staff was friendly helpful hotel clean, location very close to the wharf and city center

Pillows were very soft, I recommend getting better pillows, otherwise everything was good

Would never recommend the place to anyone.

Not much of anything

Nothing to put a suitcase on --- everything had to go on the floor. Bath needs a vent fan. Steps into the bath are a hazard. Noisy a/c. Breakfast was sad in a cramped eating area. Just as bad as a crummy Motel 6 and that is nothing good. No value for the charges.

toilet was rocking and set at angle to corner, pedestal sink was tilted and ready to fall off wall and loose, no carpet, vinyl flooring, smelled bad, hallway smelled worse. expected cockroaches or worse, but didn’t see any. bed wore out.

It was ok for what we needed

The bed was horrible, the pillows were so small, I think they are travel pillows. There was nothing on the walls but a single nail. The room was clean, and the bathroom was also clean.

Very close to downtown Newport

Checked out shortly after arrival. Strong smell of mildew throughout floor and reception area, faucet in bathroom was broken as was bed, and there was a huge lack of privacy.
