Rooms are great, beds are comfy, great pool area!!
only downfall of this hotel is no elevator- and even knowing they don't have one Ive been back twice !

Nice renovation, decent price considering the area, while not being too far from downtown Newport.
No elevators. No big deal for me despite heavy suitcases, but certainly a problem for a lot of elderly or disabled people. Unsure why the property (and the brand) are not considering installing one, I suppose this is against regulations and somehow discriminatory. Unless their is a dedicated elevator for disabled perosns, not accessible to other customers, in which case this would be fine.
