The staff was very friendly and helpful. Furniture in our room could’ve been cleaner

The common areas were very clean. The property had a nice flow and the breakfast buffet was fresh and clean.

I didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t any balconies and or accessibility to fresh air from your room. The furniture in our room was very dirty

Great location : great breakfast : DO not rely on food out sofa for a good nights sleep

Location & delicious breakfast

We had 4 adults . The fold out sofa bed was horrendous and for our 6 night stay we had to put the thin mistress on the floor ! We asked to change rooms to a 2 bed however were informed none available .

It a joke of a hotel…Don’t think it’s a Hilton

the room was in very bad shape broken furniture,all drawer broken and dirty the carpet was ripped and dirty so was the sofa bed mattresses were long past it’s life cycle faucet broken on the so call kitchen safety deposit corroded and dirty bad all over…

expensive stay for a below par hotel experience

despite being very clean and tidy the hotel was very tired, needs a make over, threadbare carpets, tatty walls and paintwork, would have been a nice business hotel 15 / 20 years ago and considering the room rate it should have been a bit more up to date

location is ideal

the bathroom did not have a fan, and no windows (obviously), this was a huge surprise since this is not an old hotel... the bathroom sink did not drain, which was quite disgusting. the beds, the mattress was not very comfortable

it was nice to be back at this place.

breakfast was excellent, this is the catch for us as family love omelets. their chef us to make regular pancakes along with omelets for breakfast, I believe they remove this service,coffe is good but no French vanilla.

I been in this place 3 times this is the first time they try to charge me $15 per phone per night to get wifi I call front desk to ask why. they told me because I didn't made a reservation with embassy suites. by the way I am a member of embassy suites but the rooms were $100 extra per night that's why I went different route. I am Hilton member., but thought Hilton they didn't have available rooms I feel like they didn't give us full service customer. for not booking with them and watching my family budget instead.

Breakfast was great

The rooms could be better to make for a more comfortable stay. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable and there were no extra pillows for the pullout bed or blankets. The sheer curtains were tattered and ripped and there was a large running crack on the ceiling. I just wanted to have a good nights sleep after a long hot exhausting day on a comfortable bed and this was not it! Disappointing for the price we paid for our room.

Nice bar and restaurant

Hotel a little run down, rugs looking a little dirty, and bedding and couch felt kind of dirty. Bathroom light 💡 flickering in bathroom kinda felt like a haunted hotel . Most of chairs in dining area and bar need replacement ASAP.

Great location and comfortable rooms

The close proximity to downtown Glendale (the Americana, restaurants, cafes and bars was great). The hotel itself is all suites, and I was set up in a king suite which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend if you want access to the freeways to - 20 mins from hollywood and burbank airport, as well as downtown LA.

The price was quite high in comparison to the area you're in - although safe and secure, I don't think $300+ a night for a king suite is that fair but that could just be me. Thanks

Great for location pool area sucks

I really enjoyed the location of this hotel, and I really loved the breakfast in the room. It was awesome except for the restroom. The bathtub could’ve been cleaner it was extremely stained and I did not like the pool area or the Jacuzzi and stuff was in the gym area. It was not maintenance very well. The pool was murky and dirty and it was a parent that there was an issue with the filters as well and the Jets
