It was serviceable for what I needed, but not getting my deposit back stings

Location was fine.

Never got my deposit back. Tried contacting them, but got no reply. Shouldn’t have trusted them to refund it on my card.

Good value and felt comfortable enough to stay 10 days there.

Front desk were legends! Good air conditioning and ammendaties.

Cigarette burns in our blanket (not from us). No in-between for blinds. Either black out dark or room is visible to everyone.

The room size of bed the rain shower

The house keepers were talking loud and rude early in the morning no consideration of the guest and watering the concrete before 11 am .. someone can easily slip and fall.. Gardners came around 4pm with blowers blowing dust everywhere and I had just had a car wash !!

Exceptional

The rooms, the fact that the staff really went out of their way to be of assistance to us! I want to point out that October and Karhy were outstanding!

These were personal issues and in no way reflect the services at Xilo. I felt the pool wasn't large enough to accommodate several people, so I didn't swim.

not really worth your money

location is ok , but I think that's the only good thing that I can said after 6 years of going there for my wedding anniversary.

room 202 , first there were mold in the shower electrical boxes in the room with wires hanging out , not so clean sheets ( they look stain ) for 577 for two n9ghts I think this would be my last year going there

Nice clean room with nice decore. Nice location. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Have stayed there before and will continue to do so.

Part of the shower door was replaced by a curtain, looked out of place.. felt cheap. Seems pricey

i just arrived the hotel and they even didn’t let me have a break 2minutes they pushed me to show my passport quick. they were so weird. they asked $100 security deposit . i paid in cash and they made a hole in my money to save in their safe. they even didn’t tell welcome when i arrive to hotel. it was night shift worker. before i leave next day morning day shift worker was better

BED BUGS. Staff told me “it’s not an issue of cleanliness, people bring them.” it’s staffs job to keep the rooms clean. there were bugs on the bed, carpet and curtains. I HAVE PICTURES.

Overall the stay was great besides the incident early morning with the cleaning staff.

The beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned. Staff cleaned the room throughout our stay at the property. The staff we very polite and helpful with questions.

I didn't like how on the last day before checkout the cleaning staff came inside the room without knocking while sleeping at 7 am asking if we wanted room service.. Upon talking to the staff in the lobby they said they shouldn't go inside the rooms until after checkout and should've knocked before entering the room.

Nice and convenient.

This is a quiet location with many convenient restaurants and shops near by. The jacuzzi tub was great for a relaxing night.

parking is not the greatest and you have to pay to park there. This is a very busy area.
