Its location is excellent and reception staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking (not free) with decent rooms that are clean. We also felt safe.
Nothing, but we dislike paying for parking at any hotel.

Central location. Opposite The Americana mall and few minutes walk to Glendale Galleria. Good size room, comfy bed, new towels, strong water. No breakfast.
Front desk staff should smile more and not answer to questions like automated machine. More warmth please. Check in time of 3 pm is a think a little late compared to 2 pm and check out time of 11 am is too early. Even many 5 star hotels have 2 pm check in and 12 noon check out times.

Internet, coffee machine were ok
It was hot in the room, and I could not regulate temperature down. I have to wait for the staff to check in. The room lacks privacy due to glass wall facing passway, so I had to keep the curtains closed even during the day. The pool is literally on the parking, so it is not appealing to use it. Noise isolation is average. My room had humid smell inside.
