If you have a room with big windows make sure you check they are locked after your room has been serviced. It was all going good except the windows. When we checked in they were locked. I was told housekeeping left a crack open to air it out after being serviced the next day.This was a deadly accident waiting to happen. I had my 5 and 1 year old with me, we were on the 8th floor. I was able to open it even more and could not lock it no matter what I tried. This is just a big liability for the hotel. Hotel front desk was notified.
Service a breakfast was good and in a good central location near shopping and universal studios. But that window gave me anxiety.
