It has unnecessary double corners with sharp edges. My child rounded one corner and ran straight into another just a step away, which also had a sharp edge. She was badly hurt, cutting her forehead and leaving a severe, swollen bruise.

Room was in need of remodel. Pull out matress looked old beyond its use and was uncomfortable. Sink didn’t drain. Phone in room not working. No ice available needed to go to kitchen to receive any ice.

Not good for people with asthma. My son developed a “barking” cough (like a seal) within a few minutes of entering the room. He did not have a cough during our visit to Universal Studios the next day. When we returned that night, he had an asthma attack in the middle of the night. Called front desk two separate times and no answer. Hairdryer was sticky and looked dirty. I liked the free snacks and drinks for happy hour. Free continental breakfast. Quick drive to Universal Studios.

We had a great stay with my family on a visit to Universal. We were on the top floor but the elevators were fast and the room comfortable. We enjoyed the manager reception and the breakfast.

Normally I love embassy suites but this time our bathroom faucet was clogged & wouldn’t drain easily. The couch-bed mattress was really flat. And the coffee at breakfast time wasn’t too good. Was a little disappointing.

Our stay was excellent!! The staff was amazing, from front desk, night reception, breakfast area! We loved the complimentary breakfast, so much to choose from! The pool was warm to use in the winter! The complimentary evening reception was a nice touch after a long day with the kids! Location is fantastic close to lots of food and shopping! We will definitely be back!

The best part about this hotel is the breakfast. The room was dingy and dark. The bathtub faucet dripped and the drain had a ring of rust. All the paint in the room and along the floor of the hallway was chipped at every corner. I felt nickled And dimed by the parking and WiFi costs and the lack of housekeeping. You can tell management is cutting corners.

It was a great stay. The staff was super kind and polite. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The bathroom has big shampoo, conditioner and soap attached to the wall. Super convenient.

I picked this hotel for convenience. It was close to all the places I needed to go. That was the only benefit to this place. Otherwise it was a horrible stay. The rooms are musty and old and smelled it. The lighting is very poor. Many hotels don't have good lighting, but they have windows facing outside, so you can get natural light. The rooms in this hotel face the lobby, and without proper lighting its so dark in the room all the time. We were a family of five and we got a room that was supposed to accommodate 5, when we got to the room we realized that the beds were two double beds and a pullout sofa. No one slept comfortably. The pullout sofa when pulled out blocked access to the kitchen table so it was poorly placed. The bathroom had no counter space, the shower sprayed water all over the bathroom floor. There was no towel rod to hang towels. There was a hole in the wall so I guess that's where the towel rod once was, but they never replaced it. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. The shower gel dispenser was poorly glued to the wall and fell off the first day we used it. No one fixed it during our four day stay. For a room of 5 we were only given 3 towels, and trying to reach someone to get towels literally took hours. Once we kept calling the front desk and NO ONE would answer. Since the "windows" looked down to the lobby we could see the front desk staff laughing and fooling around, and not picking up our calls. We left exhausted and unhappy

I think parking you should already be included and the in the bathroom the toilet paper rail thing should be fixed. It looks bad for the amount of money you pay and they can’t fix that. Other than that it was great!

We always try to choose Embassy Suites wherever we go on trips. I enjoy the happy hour and the family enjoys the breakfast buffet.

First impressions were amazing! The Lobby was beautiful and welcoming. Our family enjoyed the complimentary free breakfast. It’s by far the best in the hotel industry. It’s the main reason why chose this hotel over others. The suite set up worked perfectly for our family of 5. The only negative thing I have to say is that it could be a bit cleaner. However it wasn’t gross or unbearable. A but on the dated side but would book this hotel again in the future.

It is advertised that there is an airport shuttle and a shuttle to universal studios. This is no longer correct, they stopped the shuttles during Covid time and have not brought them back.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Lobby is nice, good breakfast. The room suite needs updating, carpet is worn, stain on dining chair, lighting needs updating. This place could really be a gem if the owners would do some much needed upgrades.

The property is about a mile from the Glendale galleria shopping center. Plenty of options for dining and shopping. Manager’s complimentary reception was very lovely. Ceiling in the bathroom was a little damaged, perhaps there was a leak of some sort. Overall wonderful stay. Would book here again!

I requested a 2 queen beds but our beds looked like a full size. We also called room service to pick up our garbage and requested new towels, didn’t hear back after two days. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re staying for more than one day.

I asked for towels to be brought up to my room 3times and never got it. I called housekeeping and front desk many times and still nothing. Our toilet got clogged twice as well. Upon checking out there was nobody there at the desk and i had to pay a little extra to my uber for making him wait. Overall it was a nice stay though because we enjoyed the complimentary bfast. Your staff was excellent and very accommodating. Checking in was also very smooth and efficient. Thank you to those who made our short stay memorable!
