We enjoyed our stay very much! Great service , great location, valet was convenient. Would’ve given 5 stars except for there was no vent or fan in bathroom. And ac in room took forever to start. Also breakfast seemed to run out of options quickly. But the cafe was great to order from for lunch or dinner. Also the pool is open late . Great for the kids!

Everything was great from the room to the heated pool to the breakfast. The only downfall was the parking. You either pay valet or pay city parking for over night. For the price you pay for lodging you would think parking was included.

The hotel was very clean. We never had to wait for an elevator. The staff from front desk to valets were friendly and welcoming. Our room was a king bed with a sofa bed. It was spacious with 3 adults. Even though our room was above the pool, at 10:00pm sharp it was closed. They have their own kitchen so the breakfast was always fresh. They served waffles so there was no disgusting waffle machine like at most free breakfasts. We ate on dishes and silverware. I would definitely stay here again. There was valet parking at a reasonable price.

Walking distance between the Glendale Galleria and Porto's Bakery! The room was clean and odor free, pet friendly dog run topped it off! We were greeted upon arrival, and when we walked out every time. My only issue was paying for parking every 24hr, hotel guests should get a special rate of sorts. Regardless. We are going back real soon, see you then!

I booked this trip on behalf of my mother. This was a trip with her sisters that was planned out for a while. Friendly advice: Check your perks before booking. Parking is very expensive! Here is the reason why I would not recommend this hotel. I got a call from my mother in the evening after her interaction with the night manager. As much as I want to mention the name, I do not want to draw a target on their back so I will be respectful of that. My mother and her sister after getting ready on the morning of 02/21/23 asked housekeeping to clean their room as they removed the "do not disturb" since they were getting ready and did not want to be bothered. Housekeeping was right next door so they were confident leaving the hotel for the day. After returning in the evening, they walked in and realized the room was NOT cleaned and everything was left including trash and dirty towels. They went downstairs to speak to the evening/night manager and they were told that there was nothing that could be done. The cleaning staff was gone for the day. They asked why their request was ignored and instead of being compassionate, the manager started speaking to them as if they were children and said things like "That's it, we cannot do anything and walked away in a super aggressive manner" To speak to your guests this way is not okay! I called and spoke to a nice gentleman, he apologized on the evening manager's behalf. I cannot continue as I'm limited.

Everything was good but we were surprised by the parking situation and expense which was not clear on Hotels.com. $25 day to self park and $38 a day for valet.

I booked the room in this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days. One thing that I noticed was that bathroom sinks are not installed properly. There isn't enough room for you to wash your hands between sink wall and where the water was pouring. This was very inconvenient.

Very welcoming, the ac didnt work in my room so they switched my suite. The breakfast was great, only inconvenience was that we had to pay $22 a night for parking or $38 for valet. Other than that stay was great 👍

The only issue was a missing valet which I needed to leave early in the morning. It took 15 minutes or so for a valet to show up at 6:00 am. Other than that the hotel was wonderful. Will definitely stay there again on the next trip to So Cal.

The hotel was clean, well appointed and close to the attractions we were interested in. Daily breakfast offerings were good. The staff was attentive and professional. We had no issues and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Valet, front desk, and breakfast were all great. Gym and pool easily accessible. Only con is the housekeeping. They only replaced the top sheet and kept all the other bedding the same for my 5 night stay, they only redid the bed, instead of replacing clearly dirty sheets (there was a sizable stain).

Our room was comfortable and very clean, staff cleaned the hallways and rooms every day (if requested) and were courteous and personable. They remembered our names and were very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was really wonderful, great outdoor and indoor seating, a cute little bar, and lots of things to do nearby on our down days.

The people were all top notch and helpful. The main bed mattresses were good but the pullouts were some of the worst I've encountered. The breakfast was good and varried but always late, and eaten with the cheapest utensils possible and this attention to detail is why they are close but not quite there.

This property was perfect for our visit to family living in the area. Ubers were quick and easy, and all staff, including front desk, valet, housekeeping, facilities, and breakfast staff were outstanding. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
