I’m glad I went with this hotel for our 5-day stay. Wife and kids love it. Staff were nice. Our room was clean and close to the ice machine and elevator, so that’s a plus. It is also very close to Universal Studios, which is our destination. The hotel is just minutes away from the mall as well. We will definitely stay here again!

The room was very hot despite turning thr thermostat down to make it cooler. It was still blowing out warm air. Other than that it was nice. Staff was friendly and the room was really clean. Places to eat were in walking distance.

A bit disappointed for being a Hilton. The TV glitched on every channel. The windows whistled with the wind and you can hear all the traffic from the road below. We were on the 8th floor and could hear the sirens all night as well as the trash trucks in the morning. The room was very basic. The staff was just fine but the valet attendant gave both my teenage daughter and I negative vibes. Won’t be staying here again.

It was difficult to access the wifi, had to go back to the front desk to get the employee to get access. The TV did not have a channel lineup. But worst of all was a loud intermittent whining noise coming from the HVAC.

Considering the expense of this hotel, it was not at all worth the money. My room was in need of maintenance, as the remote didn't work for the TV, the wallpaper was peeling, and the bed was hard with pillows that were not comfortable at all. Perhaps the condition of the room was due to this being booked through a discount site? Additionally every time I'm here for business, there is a loud strike/demonstration being held by the employees here. Take care of your people!

My room phone was broken and never repaired. Room was outdated and austere. I felt like I was staying at a cheap Hotel. I’ve stayed at many Hilton Hotels and this one doesn’t come any close. The exterior was beautifully deceiving - the guest rooms are in desperate need of getting remodeled. The only thing i enjoyed waa Dinner at AMUSE. Cheers to the Chef - the food was very good. But the Breakfast Buffet was blah - needs to have more breakfast items available. The buffet menu was boring and limited. Service was lack-lustered. And one particular Server was singing to her own; yelling across the room; chit-chatting with other Servers speaking in Spanish. So unprofessional and rude; very annoying!

Limited food selection. Water pressure very low for shower. Other than that a very good stay. Except, we did change rooms due to the air conditioning was on full heat and would not shut off. Staff was very helpful and gave us an other room .

We had to call the front desk multiple times due to a malfunction with the air conditioning. They would not give us another room but insisted we call maintenance. We slept most of the first night sweating in extreme heat. We then wanted to switch rooms but they wouldn’t let us even though plenty of rooms for the same rate were available. We tried to even switch to a different hotel within the same network and they wanted to charge us $600 for one night. I’m done with Hilton, it used to be something to desire but now it’s just a joke.

The property was very nice however the front desk staff are terrible they should not be the face for the hotel, they need to be trained in hospitality etiquette! I have travels a lot throughout my 64 years and I can say that this is one of the most unfriendly staff that I have encounter! :( extremely disappointed bc I am a HiltonHonor member

The hotel is in need of an update .for a Hilton name I was surprised that the leather of the sofas at thr reception is torn. The restaurant serves a basic bar type food menu. Location is good with a walgreens and traders joe nearby. One of the reception staff Rafi stands out as very efficient ,helpful . Parking fees at 29 dollars a night is a bit high

It was centrally located for us. Facilities are worn. Had to search several floors for a working ice machine and thr restaurant and bar closed at 9pm on a Sat.

There was no hot water for 2 days. They said there would be hot water soon, then after a few hours, on that day there was none at all. I couldn't take a shower because the water would be cold. I asked to be moved to a room with hot water the very next day. I was moved to a terrible room with a small bed instead of a king size and overlooking the parking lot. I paid extra money for a good view from the window and a large bed. I went to swear at the reception so that they would change my room. The staff said there were no rooms. I said that I would not leave until they changed my number. After a long wait, they found me a better room with two beds instead of one large one. The water pressure was very weak and the heating also did not work well. When my inconvenience was raised, they said that the manager would call me, but he never called back in 2 days. When leaving, I asked for a discount and a printout of my payment, they told me that there was no paper and I had to call Expedia and ask for a discount.

The room I was given had a broken HVAC system. I was moved to another room at 8PM but there was something wrong with the windows in that room, they were blurry looking out. When I reported this to the desk staff member in the morning, she acted like she did not care. In addition, the audio on the TV faded in and out; and because I did not see a microwave oven in the room, I had to go to the lower level of the hotel to use the community microwave there.

Everything was good and staff was awesome. Only things that could have changed or needs improvement was the parking elevator and pool area. The parking elevator needs to be updated because it takes close to 4-5 minutes for the elevator to go a few levels. Parking is not free it’s $24 a night! The pool was great, but to get back inside we needed to run to the side of the building and up the stairs and through the lobby just to get back outside. My son almost caught hypothermia because we did not know the doors right next to the pool had locked. Other than that breakfast was amazing and our view was great. The beds are double beds and no queens are available so be prepared for that,but besides being a little small they were very comfortable.

This was my first time staying at this Hilton, and I wanted to love it. It is SO convenient to my family members who live in the area. But I must admit I was underwhelmed. There was a loud (intermittent) clicking noise in my room. One of the lamps had a burned out bulb. The bathtub didn't drain properly. The bed left me stiff and sore. The internet buffering caused the sound on the TV to cut in/out consistently. Saturday night there was a loud party next door. Obviously, none of these things are earth-shattering problems, so I did not complain. However, I did expect a higher level of quality from a Hilton AND for the price! With all that said, basic needs were met, and it was clean. That, along with convenience, is what is most important to me. But I'm not so sure that I will stay again which is super disappointing.

Expedia had given the hotel the wrong date for check-in. The staff was more than accommodating in fixing this problem. This is a hotel we stay at frequently and the staff is the reason why!
