Won’t ever stay here again

Room was really dirty floors were dirty sink and shower were dirty and there is a train track right behind the motel

Worst place to stay. Messed up the trip for us. Don’t go here

Noting. It was awful.

We drove from Chicago for a trip drove 13 hours straight. Booked this room the day before the pictures on the listing are not correct. Got to the room one of use went to sleep and the rest of us went to the dolor general right next to the property to get snacks. Mind you we were only at the property for about 2-3 hours. Didn’t notice any of the flaws, just the very strong smell of something. Since were were only in the room for about 30-50 mins. When we got back we opened the lights to see this horrific scene. We were repulsed at the site of the beds where my older brother took a nap on. It was disgusting. The bathroom doors lock was on the outside. The main door to enter the room was smaller then the frame which allowed light to shine through the out side. It was like with one hard punch from the outside it would open. After seeing all of this we got out of that room. Went to the front desk to tell them that we don’t want to stay here in this unclean hazardous room. He stated there’s a cancelation fee. Mind you we booked it for 3 night for about $280 ish. The front desk attendant was like the cancelation cost is $93 ish. We told him yeah that’s fine just refund the rest back to us. He started playing with the computer saying ohh I can’t check you out right now. I will do it in the morning. We were so tired that we didn’t understand at the moment what he was trying to do. But the. He’s like you all set. Have a good night And we left. Next day we saw that we were charged the cancelation fee and a fee for staying the night since he checked us out the next day even though we didn’t stay there. Went to another in with cameras a proof of when we got there and how many nights we stayed there. As of right now we have this travel lodge a cancelation fee and a one night fee even though we weren’t even there. I tried calling the travel lodge but they won’t pick up. The beds had dog fur on them. Paw prints the ac was busted it was just a disgusting room.

Needs maintenance.

The staff was excellent. Super friendly.

The room felt gross. The furniture was falling apart. The bathtub had peeling paint. The breakfast was not much. Overall, it should have been maybe $30/night. Just not pleasant.

Very good

The room was nicely finished. Hot water for shower plentiful. Good internet and excellent TV cable choices.

Neighbor playing rap music all night very loudly and trains constantly.

Pet friendly

Rooms and bathrooms need to be redone. Dirty walls, bathroom tile is cracked and dirty, shower/tub is peeling, room smelled musty, doors don’t close good.

Didn’t stay at the property was refunded due to bugs & mold

The only thing that was good about it was the location.

I had viewed 3 rooms when I got to the hotel & ALL THREE had BUGS , DUST & BLACK MOLD IN THEM. I immediately went to the front office and was given a refund.

I will never stay at a Travel lodge ever again!!!

absolutely nothing!!

the room was nasty, it had an old musty smell that they attempted to cover it up with some horrible fragrance. the room looked like it had not been cleaned in months. the toilet had mold/mildew in it. there was water standing in the floor by the toilet. there was cockroaches in my daughters bed and under it. the comforters on the bed were dirty and the bed skirts were ripped and barely on the bed!! the hotel is located within feet from a train track that runs through the day and all through the night. I would not recommend staying in this hotel. we checked out a day early and explained why we were leaving and they would not refund or anything. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

It was a good location to downtown ocean springs

The room was disgusting. Hair all over the bed and stains on the sheets. Carpet had not been vacuumed in ages. Room smelled like cigarettes even though it was non smoking. Cigarette burns on the bed side table. There was sunflower seeds all over the bathroom. Pieces of toilet paper stuck to bathroom floor. Mini fridge had trash in it. Train that passes behind hotel is very loud. Truck with boat trailer took up 6 parking spots. Had to park on other side of hotel. For 110 dollars plus 35 dollar deposit there are waaaay better options in the area. It is definitely not worth 110 dollars a night. Only redeeming quality is location. Very close to downtown ocean springs area. Wish I was able to receive a discount or been able to view room before staying.

Under no circumstances would I ever stay at this location again and would recommend that you Avoid !

Location to Main City.

Reception was cold and uniformative. Just wanted to secure a $50.00 fee for "CleanUp" in case the room was trashed. I'm 70 and not likely to trash anything. No map of area was present for our convenience . Although the premises seemed empty, we were given a room not 75 feet from the train track which included 3 trains between 9:00 p. m. to 7:00 a. m. Continental breakfast which was advertised, consisted of Little Debbie snack and 4 oz coffee cups. I've never seen 4 oz. coffee cups before!! Had to ask for toliet paper and extra towels. Check out was cold and never asked about our stay!

The rooms are very dated. The door to the adjoining room did not lock. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk. The bedspread was dirty.

Was so disappointed.Am very Leary of booking online going forward.I found the place hugely overprice

Air conditioner was filthy Tv was broken Patched holes in the wall Carpets were stained,burned and dirty Desk chair was broken In dire need of new mattresses Tub had cigarette burns all over it Towel rack was falling off the wall No regular maintenance was being done here at all
