Very good

The view from the room was splendid. The staff were helpful and the location is very strategic for nainital tour.

The room curtains & windows looked dirty. The room had some kind of damp smell.

Best hotel at the Mall road Nainital

The location of the hotel is very good, it's adjacent to naini lake & the views of lake from room are awesome.The staff is very polite and good at job and last but not the least quality of food is very good. Had a great time at the property. Highly recommended to all friends and family.

There is nothing what i didn't liked in this property. Everything was above expectations.

Definitely a place to stay with family!

The location is amazing and the cafe is very good too. One gets all facilities as in a standard hotel. The staff are also helpful and accommodative. Very safe for women travellers as well.

There is no lift and the stairs are steep so one must be careful with elderly travellers. Sometimes the landline does not work which leads to one having to go downstairs to the reception to ask for any amenity.

Nice but no worth the price

The property is located on Mall road so it’s very convenient to visit near by places like naini lake, Naina devi temple and Mall road

The property is expensive and it’s not worth the price they even not provide breakfast and parking for big vehicles.

Stay

The location of the hotel is amazing. It is located next to the Nani Lake. The cafe is amazing especially the breakfast menu.

The rooms were very small and lacked hygiene. The rooms were not sound proof. You can hear the hustle and bustle from the other rooms.

it was good in terms of restaurant food and view from the room, but the comfort was not there considering we stayed as a

considering the rates the room was exceptionally small. I. same rates we would have got huge 2 rooms and a big bathroom if we had stayed in hotel grand or hotel Alka which we actually did when we moved to Alka

Superb hotel

Amazing stay. All the staff including manager are very nice people, very helpful.Great place to stay among views.

Not recommend for family or group.

Location is very good. Just at the mall road. View from the room (only Maple View room) was superb.

Size of the room is very very Small. Facilities in the room are not up to the mark. Staff is ok. I think overall we are paying just for the location & view. Otherwise many things are missing in the almost all rooms.

Overall the hotel is nice and beautiful but has a few maintenance issues

Hotel is cute and cozy. Gives sort of European vibe, has nicely decorated balconies on each floor and nicely looking restaurant with the lake view. Initially we were put in the room where the washroom ceiling was leaking but the room was changed. The cleanliness is ok. From toiletries they provided shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer and soap. Towels were provided. Hair drier was there, kettle too. Also tea & coffee packets, water bottles.

Rooms are a bit small. Many times we had difficulties to contact reception, landline phone didn’t work and mobile often wasn’t answered. Wifi and network had huge issues and ac didn’t work very well. They didn’t provide toothpaste and toothbrushes, slippers and bathrobes.

Basic rooms not worth a stay.

View , cafe , location

I was trying to call them from the number mentioned. There was no response from them for a long time. They answered only at the last moment. Rooms were extremely small. There were no bathroom hooks to hang towels/others. Wardrobe was small. Bathroom was suffocating and stinking. We had taken the basic non lake facing room.

the rooms are small and I did not see any balconies. Some are lake view but they also have glass walls. The good part is that the staff is good and they have a parking place. I ordered chicken pesto sandwich and the quantity was good

No Balconies,very small room and washroom, may serve for a guest but with families, it would be difficult to manage
