Hotel was hot, reeked of marijuana, microwave in room did not work, lamp was broken, dirty!

Location was the only thing good about this hotel. It was conveniently located based on where I needed to be.

Hotel was hot, reeked of marijuana, microwave in room did not work, lamp was broken, room had someone else’s dirty sock in it. Door card stopped working in middle of stay and didn’t know until getting to door on 5th floor with food and kids in hand.

I would never come back here

The outside scenery

The rooms, for some reason I was the only one getting bit by something in the room. My daughter did have a few bites but I’m not sure where they come from. I couldn’t sleep through the night because I was up itching all night. I put the dirty towels and sheets outside my room door expecting at least fresh linen and towels when I got back but NOTHING go down stairs to the desk clerk and her attitude was terrible about it

The breakfast was good. Location was great. Staff were ok.

They NEVER came to clean the room in my six days there. I had to request clean laundry/linen and toilet paper. Microwave didn't have the glass plate holder.. No shuttle service.

This hotel is so so so nice for the price! I was able to book it online 15 min before we got there because another hotel

The staff was all super friendly. The man with glasses who checked us in and the lady running the breakfast every morning were both so sweet!

There was something sticky all over the headboard almost like a residue from a cleaner.

Although, the property was easily accessible to the shopping center. I would stay there again only of they do a terminal

I like the fact the property was conveniently located near restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance.

I didn't like that it was roaches in the bathroom and kitchen sink

I would NOT recomend!!

The two men who worked the night shift were nice. One was very apologetic about the condition of my room.

This property was filthy. My room was disgusting. The bathroom floor was dirty. Every night stand, table, etc was sticky, spotted up and gross. The microwave was beyond dirty, the fridge was frozen over with food stained ice. The carpet looked as if someone threw up on it and it dried on it. There were 2 wash cloths and towels for 4 people. The sofa bed had no bedding available. If I had not already driven in heavy rain for hours late at night and wasn’t exhausted….I would have stayed somewhere else. I originally booked for two nights but immediately canceled the second night. I could not wait to check out! I read the reviews before booking and let’s just say they were either misleading or people are just willing to stay in filfh.

Clean, comfortable room to stay the night.

Room was ready when we got there and was a clean place to stay the night rather than having to drive back home.

We discovered in the morning of checkout that the toilet had been leaking when we flushed. We reported this to the front desk upon check out.
