I was nervous because the area was not safe and the hotel itself seemed old and not taken care of.

There wasn’t much to like. In any case at least they served breakfast but it didn’t hold up to the reviews.

It was hard to find a place to get off of a Lyft with. There is a parking lot but the entrance is almost hidden. The lobby is on the second floor because the area is cramped and I’m sure it’s probably not safe. The facilities had graffiti on them and some of them didn’t work. The room was old, more than anything, and it wasn’t clean enough to shower in. The blankets and pillows also didn’t seem too clean. It wasn’t a good experience. The only bright side is that I was able to check in early.

Right on Intersection of two busy roads, next to highway. Rooms facing roads noisy, bright billboard lights.

The systems were down. So we were given two rooms that had already been assigned to people. We walked in one room to finding someone sleeping.

Great Stay.

Great location to Airport and all car rental spots. Shampoo, conditioner ad body wash by Dove brand.

Thin walls was able to hear a family talking and moving around with kids. It didn’t affect me but some others may find an issue with it. Limited parking only from what I observed. I was lucky enough to get a spot only because I arrived early afternoon.

Good place to dump our stuff and get some shut eye for the night.

There are a good amount of space for us to spread our stuff around. The bed was comfortable and the room as well as the bathroom are clean.

The parking is a little tough to get in and out since it's a little cramped and there's only one entrance/exit. The pillows are lumpy and weren't the most comfortable.

my first room wasn’t clean then they moved me to a new room an the worker kept comin to my room sayin it was loud no tv was even on in my room an it was 2am he asked me ti check out it was really ridiculous an I won’t ever be back

Pleasant

Staff were friendly and informative. The room was basic but clean.

Signage could be better for the hotel. The parking situation was terrible. The location was good but on the main streets so it was noisy with traffic. Vending machine didn't work, and the snack area in the lobby was very empty.

The room was good and clean.

Breakfast was okay. The parking area was not safe as me and my friends were attacked by a homeless person, it was a scary experience. We stayed for two nights, I expected the room to be cleaned next day but it wasn’t.

Great for one night and close to KIA Forum for the concert.

Room was comfortable for one night stay and breakfast was great for morning. Family enjoyed waffles, sausage and eggs.
