Carlos was amazing at check in. Even called the room to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Very comfortable and spacious.

The rooms were big and clean. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet, all of the staff I interacted with were friendly and warm.
My biggest complaint is that the shower floor is so slippery. As soon as it gets wet it's a danger zone...I can't understand why they wouldn't use a flooring or mat with more grip.
There are no toiletries. They give you a small bar of soap in the bathroom for your hands, and that's it. I would recommend bringing extra soap or sanitizer.
They only service the room every 3-5 days, so if you stay 3 nights or less, you're on your own. They give you 2 coffee pods, so you run out before they get refilled. Same goes with cups, sugar, etc. No fresh sheets or towels, etc.
It was a decent stay, but I probably wouldn't stay again.
