The room was clean but not well maintained. The smell of cleaning product was very strong and did not go away. They required a $40 cash deposit. I don't remember seeing that on the listing. I paid with my credit card before the check in so it seemed weird.

This hotel by far was the nastiest hotel I have ever been in. The hotel only had smoking rooms not like advertised non-smoking it smelled horrible. The bed and mattresses had stains on them. I had to ask for extra sheets to add on the bed just to fell clean. Some of the towels had blood and make up make stains. The floor was dirty the room looked like all they do to clean it was change the sheets. This Travelers Inn location was false advertisement completely off from the presentation online.This was the first and last time I ever rent a room from this Hotel. I asked if I could cancel my last night but they said they couldn’t refund me because I paid with my debit card. I wish I would have taken some pictures to better prove my case. I asked management what time would cleaning services clean the room but the manager said no cleaning services were available but just ask if I needed more towels or, toilet paper. This place was not worth my money, it is high priced for the level of service they provide.

You're going to need to bring a towel if you're planning to use the shower, no towels big or small. Other than that it was a cheap stay and stood up to expectations. Also the ice is 25 cents per dump and it fills a large bowl worth.

Could have been a nice place to stay , I had a suite and it looked nice but cleanliness was disgusting . They probably haven’t mopped the floor in months , microwave was gross, fridge I wouldn’t put a bottle of water in there , nasty ! I pulled back the sheets and there was crumbs in the bed so I slept on the comforter. The A/C in the vents has dirt and mold . The jet bathtub was not clean , I had to clean it before getting in and one 1 jet worked out of 4 . The white wash cloth was brown . Overall it was nasty !

The pictures are misleading! It had a shady motel feel: -A Cigarette burn hole in the sheet (I'm very glad I brought my own blanket), -The bathroom door paint was scraped off on the bottom and the tub looked grungy. (You can tell it was cleaned but it there was ground in dirt and the place is just so old and run down) -They made us pay a CASH ONLY $40 deposit at check in. We got it back after he looked at the room when we left. -Staff member was rude (he didn't explain why there's was a deposit that was not mentioned anywhere in my reservation, and acted annoyed that I questioned him. It was 2am so I didn't have the energy to guys). One positive is it had a strong smell of a fabulous cleaner. At least someone wiped things down. But if that bothered you It'd be terrible!

There was no soap in the room at all. 3 out of 4 bath towels were dirty and I mean soiled to the point where I took them to the front desk to prove that I was not just asking for extra towels. They request a cash deposit even though that is not stated online. It is a decent property but they have a few issues.

The king size bed was awesome. It was very comtorable and pleasant. The surrounding area was very resourceful. Overall stay was great.

The place waa clean and spacious. The only thing is the Front Desk person was very impatient and rude. Did reservation on line when I arrive at property there was a 40.00 security deposit. Just wanted to know how snd why. The person wss very rude. There will be a deposit however you don't know until you get there. Other than that the room was awesome!!!!

The floor was bare. The TV never worked. The shower never worked so we had to get water from the sink to take a shower. Towels didn’t seem that they were being cleaned enough. Towels were supposed to be white but they were dirt white from how old they were. The door was hard to close all the way and hard to even open. The add on Hotels.con says breakfast included and that is false advertisement.

Went to LA for dr appointment. The hotel door would not lock as it didn’t line up with hole. They didn’t have another room just said we’d be ok. Also WiFi did not work.

Very nasty and unclean.. bathroom wasnt clean the bedding was dirty, the floor wasnt vaccum. NOT FRIENDLY. Take it off your list.
