Viel Lärm

Die Lage zu den Keys war gut.

Unser Zimmer war genau an dem Reinigungsraum. Das Reinigungspersonal machte bis 23 Uhr den Müll und die Wäscherei. Müllbeutel wurden an die Straße geschmissen. Schließlich mussten wir uns Nachts beschweren, woraufhin dann auch der Lärm aufhörte. Am darauffolgenden Tag wollte wir das Zimmer wechseln, was aber nicht ging, weil ausgebucht. Auf Booking konnten wir sehen, dass noch viele Zimmer frei waren. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. So schlecht haben wir wirklich schon lange nicht mehr geschlafen. Badezimmer ist nur durch eine Schiebetür getrennt, welche nicht richtig schließt. Gut das wir nur zwei Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht haben. Bin etwas anderes von Best Western gewohnt.

Alles. Das Zimmer und das Frühstück waren wirklich kaum akzeptabel.

Gutes, sauberes und preiswertes Hotel.

Tolles Frühstück, abgesehen von den Papptellern und Plastebesteck. Es gibt ein Waffeleisen. Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Lage ok für Everglades.

Etwas hellhörig.

It was relatively cheap and there was a security guard patrolling during the night.

During the night we heard a lot of noise at one point and we were not feeling too secure. Also breakfast was to the worse side (it was OK at best). The bed sheets looked like they were cleaned couple weeks ago and not just before the arrival and shower was leaking when turned off

although the location was close to things- Biscayne and Everglades National Parks; great place to be to see both- the area was not the best

Wonderful Place to stay. Comfy rooms, great staff and excellent breakfasts.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The pool area was used by us daily. The rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast each day was great. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

it was good. We took advantage of the grill in the patio area and cooked fresh fish. Delish.

the pool and patio area was outstanding.

the hot breakfast was borderline terrible. the eggs and sausage were almost inedible, and so we chose items that were prepackaged.

Room was comfortable but a little dated

Worst breakfast I have ever had in any hotel. The scrambled eggs tasted like soap. No excuse whatsoever to produce food this bad. For this reason I wouldn't stay on a Best Western again.

I liked it however I am a hotel owner I offer housekeeping daily I had to clean my own room after 4 days of being their. the housekeepers gave me sheets and towels and cleaning supplies. I had waited on the 4th day and was told after asking to have the room cleaned that it will be fine within the next half hour. not so I waited 3 hours and finally decided to search for a housekeeper and get the supplies I needed to do it myself the place was a bit dated the chairs were stained snd the lamp didn’t work but it was still a decent place for the price I would go back again. these are tuff times we live in and I experience the lack of staff in my own business but everyone was friendly. I would give it a thumbs up

Not a 3 star hotel

Location is great to get to the Everglades and the Keys. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Overall hotel did not strike me as a 3 star hotel. It seemed more like a motel. All rooms opened to the outside. The room was small. Also everything was throw away so high impact to the environment. I stayed at a 2 star hotel that was better.
