I would never stay there again

Check in and check out time

To much construction and detours and my wife left her ring and no one seems to see it .

Good place, cleaning needs to be better

Found blood under clock in room after moving it when we woke up! That was a game changer. Other than that, the bathroom could be better lit, floor tile grout was showing dirt and wear in shower from moisture.

We had a wonderful stay. Will definitely book again, and Looking forward to what they’re building behind the hotel

The staff on site are amazing. The room in fact the entire hotel was very clean. We loved the lounge atmosphere, and bar that opened at 5pm.

I can’t say that I have any complaints.

Our Go To

Safe area. Plenty of green space for our pet. Everyone is pet friendly and forgiving. Our son lives in Charlotte so we're here frequently and have stayed in a few different hotels. Aloft is in the safest area and has no additional pet fee.

I get that having to use a key to make the lights work both saves energy and adds security but then give us 3 cards so my husband and I both can carry one in and out for puppy relief. Staff was accommodating but didn't go that extra mile to make us feel like less of a burden and more like family.

Overall it was decent, for the price it was basic.

The design of the facility was great, and check out was at 12.

Lovely property and staff with some minor drawbacks

Super friendly staff, modern amenities, comfortable beds. Great bar and lobby/lounge space.

The bathroom design was unique and modern but ignored some basic useful details (i.e. a ledge/prop to shave legs, a shelf for personal toiletries in the shower). The water pressure was disappointing and the shower is integrated into the rooms in a way that might disturb a 2nd person who is resting in the room. There was also a concert going on the night I stayed there. The bass was so loud at times that the walls rattled in the hotel. I’d recommend checking the venue’s schedule (The Amp) ahead of booking if you’re looking for peace and quiet.

Luxury feel at an affordable price

It was a very friendly and inviting atmosphere. The hotel and room were clean and organized. The room was well appointed and the bed actually had comfortable pillows.

Honestly the room ceiling. It sounds weird, I know, but the room was so well appointed that the basically unfinished ceiling (painted plywood sheets) took me out of the ‘luxury’ feel.

Clean, modern, people and pet friendly.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed spending time in the lounge/bar area and we had food delivered. The location was very dog friendly.

I got nothing... The lid of the toilet was cracked and a few items were loose from the wall in the bathroom. None of these items negatively impacted our stay.

I didn’t like they charged my card on the last day unnecessarily tying up my funds.

Our stay started great but ended terrible.

clean Some of the staff members was amazing

The management was rude. We were told one price at the bar from the bartender but was charged a totally different price. when brought it to managements attention they had no care about the situation. Also they tried to say we never closed our tab (which we did had receipt proof) management argued with us that we didn’t and kept charging my card multiple times and I had to wait days to get a refund. The heated pool wasn’t heated ( one of the main reasons we booked this hotel) The room wasn’t 100% like the pictures (minor damages) Our stay started great but ended terrible. Will not stay again and will not recommend

Not the best one-night hotel stay by any stretch!

Clean facilities with lots of free parking. Pricing was right for one night (may be a tad high). I would stay again I suppose, but only if it is for 1 night and not more!

I stayed for 1 night, but it was an uncomfortable stay. Too much noise coming from outside (from other loud hotel guests). The AC in the room is REALLY LOUD! Both during check-in and check-out, I had to wait for 5 minutes before someone from the staff showed up at the desk. There is no bathroom door. The bathroom sink and toilet is an open space right next to the entrance door, which I did not like!
