Pleasant stay.

Clean and pleasant. Glad they still offer bar soap.

Our stay was reasonable and comfortable.

Breakfast was good with much variety. Locations was easy to find and near downtown which we wanted. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was great. Value was great.

Some of your furniture and items in the room could be updated. Think you had some newer mattresses but dont really know. It might attract more business if it looked a little more modern.

Great family hotel

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, staff was friendly, outside yard with pet bags was nice. If the weather was nicer the back patio would be nice to sit at.

Pool was very small, but this was not that big of a deal.

It's a great place to stay and great location! Our home away from home!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and in a good location. They have cookies, popcorn and lemon water in the lobby for their guests. And the price of the room is very affordable!

The showers need to be cleaned a little better. The corners of the showers inside and out were pretty dirty. Other then that, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. As far as the pool, the water was cold, and the next time we stayed the hot tub was not working.

Nice place. I just wish we could have enjoyed the hot tub after a very long drive.

Breakfast, comfy beds, clean room

The main reason we booked was because they had a pool and spa. The chemicals were so potent, our throats and eyes were burning. My daughter ended up with a cough for the next day.

Comfort Inn & Suites Cheyenne is a good value; clean and friendly.

It was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The staff was very friendly. It was located across the road from another hotel where we were able to have a cocktail. Complimentary breakfast was fine and appreciated.

Location was off the main highway, which was good for passing through but maybe not for exploring the area.

I wish we had been able to spend more time enjoying the area.

We enjoyed the breakfast and the close access to our departure on HWY-80. Even the fuel station was within a block of this motel

We felt the price of our room was a little higher than warranted for the location.

We had an easy and pleasant stay. The beds were very comfortable. The amenities were simple, but quite adequate.

The staff were wonderful—very communicative, helpful, and friendly. The hotel is dog-friendly, and the staff behaved accordingly, giving our dogs attention and superior treats. The breakfast was quite good for this sort of basic hotel. The omelettes were good, as were the waffles.

Excellent staff and wonderful facility. Loved it!!

The breakfast was awesome! Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and plenty of towels. They accommodated us with an extra bed.

There was one staff member we that was not very helpful. But the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. There isn’t anything to complain about.
