Clean, comfortable, and quiet.

The hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient at both check in and out.

Check-in time, 4 p.m. is kind of late. Early check in is possible for a fee. It seems like BW is mimicking the airlines with add ons for things that should be included as a courtesy. The price of the room was more than I had hoped for, but competitive with other rates.

I had a hectic schedule and everything was at my disposal. I enjoyed my stay!

Everything was carefully placed for convenience, including room design, air conditioning timer, breakfast arrangement, and breakfast seating. I especially appreciate being able to check out at 12 noon as I had a 4 pm flight.

Perhaps some cosmetic changes to the bottom of the swimming pool would make it more inviting, so it has an overall clean look and feel.

Never again

Our bell hops were very professional & helpful. Our valet was ultimately kind enough to valet our car once he knew I was disabled. Our housekeeper took care of our needs. The view from one of the rooms I reserved.

Valet stated he was told by management that he could only valet black or gray cars because they are high rollers. Rose, at check-in registration told me there were no more rooms near the other room I reserved & that the hotel was completely sold out. Not true because I checked your website & there were rooms near my other family members. I also asked her if I could rent a mobility chair as I am disabled. Her exact words, “No, it’s for someone else and you’ll never get one.” Diamond member with BW for years. By the way, please don’t call yourselves Best Western Premier because that’s a far cry from what you are & represent to any BWP member.

Good for a quick overnight stay. Clean and comfortable, just a little pricey for location.

Nice to have a private bedroom. Bed felt comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast.

The HVAC was weird in the bedroom. We had to call reception to figure it out. No deadbolt on the outside door which I did not like. No extra blankets or pillows for pull out couch and it was super uncomfortable. The price felt a little high for the rooms

Stay was ok, but very expensive

Las Vegas on a Saturday is expesive, I know, but this room was way to expensive for what you get. And it is far away from the Strip.

Clean rooms, safe location.

Rooms had a lot of wear and tear, breakfast was average. We had an issue with room safe and staff forgot about our request to fix it.

Pleasant stay

Good breakfast, spacious rooms. Helpful and friendly staff.

Room wasn't set up for three, and minimal staff meant we we had to collect extra towels both days, when cleaning staff removed them after our first night. Not a lot locally, have to drive to get something to eat.

it was ok

nice rooms and outside pool was clean

the mini fridge was broken and had inch of water in the bottom and was not cleaned. the sliding doors to master would not close completely because they were broken at top. it was corner suite with outdoor patio. it smelled of cigarette smoke every time you walk in your room. it was coming in the room from someone smoking on other balcony’s

Location, Room size was good. Breakfast was on time . Breakfast potatoes were good. House keeping personnel were very helpful. Close to other restaurants and shops.

Breakfast food not great. Minimal selection and repeat daily-except for the items that were empty or run out. Sausage was terrible. Bacon was out one day of 4. Bed was too soft for our tastes.

There was an issue with the bathtub plug not working. The staff (named Velvet) instantly came up, saw it couldn't be fixed, and within minutes moved us to a better room at no additional cost.

Fine for one night

When my room key wouldn’t work, an employee came to my aid and used his master key. Breakfast foods were just ok; coffee was outstanding

Room key didn’t work I checked late, eta 10pm. Check in clerk was grumpy. Breakfast tables weren’t clean
