Location is great if you like WeHo or Hollywood. But far from downtown though. Newly refurbished place, spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. The little terrace is a nice add-on. Large minibar in room. Beautiful pool with large and nice outdoor area. Large garage with valet-service. Alternatively, the hotel reimbursed a part of UBeR costs. Beautiful restaurant area.

The room was not cleaned daily, unfortunately. The breakfast is also restaurant -style, but the breads were frozen and could not be eaten anymore. The hotel and breakfast are expensive and an extra resort fee of 35 dollars a day is added to the bill, for services that in other hotels are included in the room prize. That’s a bit weird. Staff could really be more friendly, also.

Nice hotel but construction meant I got very little sleep.

I’ve stayed a few times. Very modern and nice sized rooms. Comfortable beds and good showers.

There was construction work going on and when I checked in, reception told me it would begin at 7am. That was fine as I get up then for work anyway. The drilling and banging started at 5am!! I had just flown in and I was in desperate need of sleep. It was awful. I had to then drive to Malibu for a full day of intense work and I was exhausted.

Great location & relaxing vibe.

Lived the whole vibe of the hotel from the artworks to the staff. Phillip & Noah in particular were extremely helpful & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

It would have been nice to have tea making in the room with fresh milk & complimentary bottled water.

The location was very good, the lobby of the hotel & pool area was lovely and the front of house staff were always friendly.

my views have since changed due to firstly the noise that starts at 6am every morning from the building site which our room backed onto this did ruin our stay and secondly also our room did not get cleaned every day. However we did not complain about these things as we were there a few days and we do not like to complain. however our biggest disappointment was that we had asked for some dry cleaning to be done 3 days before we were due to check out… it stated 24hour dry cleaning. we asked on check out where this was to be told it would be with our belongings when we came to collect them later that day, they were not. The hotel said they would post our items however once I have sent the address all my messages have been Ignored.. not only that we have been charged for the dry cleaning bill. for such a beautiful hotel with lovely staff it does not seem 5*

nothing memorable. nice facility but lacking life, felt like the only ones there. not worth the price

location, rooms were nice

no coffee maker in room. no balcony in any rooms, coffee downstairs in lobby was always out by 9:30 am with no one willing to check if more was available.

A great hotel that I would recommend to others and somewhere that I will return to in the future.

Location was great for our needs. The availability of parking was a deciding factor. The rooms were nice, although they feel a little tired and should be refreshed. Staff were generally very helpful and friendly.

The bar closed very early and we were turned away at 9.50pm even though I believe it said they were open until 10pm. Not good service for a guest staying for 5 nights. Luckily Zack the barman heard about this the following day and gave us a round of drinks to apologise. The room service was also very slow and we waited over an hour for it to arrive. No apology was made when we had to call and check if it was actually coming. Your staff should be aware that a simple phone call to update or apologise would be appreciated. Some of the staff seemed to be inexperienced and unsure/unaware of certain levels of service expectations. It was explained as a labour shortage which seemed to be a convenient way of brushing it off.

staff feel lil overwhelmed/undertrained. waited 30 mins at check in, couldn’t get bar tv to work for World Cup, breakfast orders messed up. maybe hangover from COVID …

Delivers on style and location!

Great location and very convenient access to everything we needed. The room was comfortable, clean and the lounge / bar downstairs was great!

We were charged for someone else's parking in addition to our own on our final bill. I emailed the front desk twice about this and didnt receive a response. I texted someone on the number we received a welcome text on, and the lady was lovely, extremely efficient and got the charge reversed immediately. Thank you for the prompt handling of this after no luck on email.

The valets were awesome, decent fitness centre, nice bathrooms. This hotel is really all about the location.

Communication was poor- a hide-a-bed appeared in my room when I returned one day and I called 3 times to have it removed. (As I had not requested it) no one ever came so I ended up moving it into the hallway myself after nothing was done in the course of 8 hours
