Room was nice, balcony is always nice, with a lovely view of downtown LA.
Loud DJ at poolside until early hours of the morning. Wouldn't have been as bad if the music was good but it was that awful techno s&*t that gives you a heart attack.

The room cleanliness, size and comfort was great. I was able to get a good night's rest. Good soundproofing as well.
Communication of the breakfast offer that was purchased with the room booking was insufficient upon booking and arrival at the hotel. I only found out during check-out that there was only one item on the breakfast menu that was included in the package. This meant that I had ordered outside of the menu and received an additional charge. The staff were also not ready to serve breakfast at 7am. I really wish I hadn't included breakfast in my booking.

Good location. Reception staff excellent.
$75 for overnight parking is ridicules.
Casa Madera hostess was sooooo rude. Restaurant manager ignored my request to move tables then later offered to comp my dessert but still charged me for it. We will never return to that restaurant.

Yoga retreat on one day where we couldn’t walk ( wheelchair) as all lying round bottom area to the pool.
