Fantastic location, lovely hotel and fantastic staff very helpful with any questions and suggestions
Pool was closed for private function for 1 day of our stay which was inconvenient

Good sized room. Amazing bathroom - particularly the showers.
Very good location and excellent valet service.
Perfect turn down each day
Inclusive breakfast buffet was a small selection and not changed daily. Towards the end of the breakfast session there was limited food. Appreciate it was included but other comparable hotels have better selections.
Frustrating that the fridge in the room couldn't be used by the customer for items other than the mini bar

Friendly staff. Clean and well equipped hotel. Gym facilities were excellent. Rooftop area a really lovely place to relax.

Good location
Rooms need refresh
Breakfast uninspiring
Extra amenity charge for using pool seems ridiculous when you are a paying guest
