Amazing place to stay for a short trip to Newport. Will definitely be coming here again.

The Sea Breeze Inn was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were very nicely renovated and were kept very clean. The decor reminded me of a small hotel in Greece (I loved it!). The bed was comfy. The staff and service was amazing. The complementary breakfast at Yiayia’s Cafe was a great way to start off our day. The food and coffee was delicious. The inn is within walking distant to many restaurants, the beach, and the Cliff Walk. If you like to walk, it is possible to walk to Downtown Newport as well.

Superb

The location was great! Close to restaurants in the area and a quick drive to Easton’s beach and downtown Newport! Yiayia makes a great breakfast for her guest! We enjoyed it everyday of our stay! Room was clean and comfortable! Would definitely love to stay here again! Highly recommend!

Disappointed

The location was great just a couple of miles from Thames Street. Family who owns the establishment are very kind and welcoming.

Check the towels!!! Found "chunk" on our towels and a stain on another. Room said to be soundproof, farthest thing from it. Could here all of the toilets flushing, people above us, cars on the street driving by. Honestly we could have let most of it go....but the dirty towels are another story.

Lovely, bright, clean property with friendly hosts and an excellent breakfast.

The location was perfect for our plans. We booked a comedy show right across the street. Very quick drive to Newport Center as well. Breakfast was a full menu of cooked to order items.

Honestly can't think of anything. There weren't any negatives.

Very lovely place overall

Breakfast at yiayias was very good. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious, good looking and comfortable. The location was great, close to good casual dining and also a short car ride away from very beautiful places. Very friendly and lovely place.

Small pragmatic details would have made it better for actual use, such as, it would have been excellent to have a mirror in the bedroom close to a socket; hooks for coats in the bedroom and more than one for towels in the bathroom; proper mugs in the bedroom, rather than tiny paper cups; better blackout blinds.

It was nice stay. The room was small but cozy. The breakfast that was included was great.

Very accomodating staff. They run a top-notch facility. The bedroom and bathroom were exceptionally clean. Cannot think of anything negative about our stay. Highly recommend the Inn to whoever is looking for a very nice place in the Newport area.

Lovely stay for a short getaway

Second floor room was quaint and quiet with a small fridge and microwave. Having a balcony to sit out and enjoy an evening glass of wine was fabulous. Great breakfast outside on the covered porch comes included.

They forgot to replenish the in-room coffee station and there was never any creamer. The room was a tight fit.

Don’t waste your money

It was clean.

Breakfast was very greasy - coffee not included. Paid $13 for two double espressos, which they told us after we had ordered. Entire place smells like a fry up. Uncomfortable pillows and beds

Love this Inn. will definitely return! The Inn keepers were Wonderful friendly people Alot of thought process went into the design of Sea Breeze Inn. Easy access parking elevator to the room. The room was bright spacious full length mirror 2 peraon shower vaulted ceiling lots of light The bathroom very bright with a skylight so great for ladies to do your makeup and even a magnifying mirror White and Blue colors in Greek style. We loved it and didn't want to leave. Breakfast included all home cooked. Lot's of places to walk and to the Beach ⛱️ Definitely stay here if considering

Perfect spot for an upscale Newport beach visit. Downtown Newport is about a 5 min drive.

love this place. Family run and operated. Great location to the beaches. 5 min walk to Easton's beach and 5 more to the cliff walk. This small hotel also has a great restaurant that serves amazing breakfast and lunch maybe dinner not sure. I would also look into take-out for the beach food is fantastic. We really enjoyed our time there. The attention that the staff and owners give to this place is amazing. They are involved in every aspect of this hotel. We had the pleasure of meeting them as we checked in; while in the elevator,at breakfast, and even outside watering the plants. We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay Sean & Katie Gilligan

Staff was great, food was great, and it's the cleanest room I've ever stayed in in my life.
