Exceptional Service, Cleanest and most charming place I have ever stayed in, supplied us with breakfast, drinks throughout the day and snacks to grab and go, comfortable beds and rooms that were incredibly tranquil. The beach was in walking distance, loved the sunsets.. A treasure in Rhode Island.

It was clean, a convenient location and it had just enough amenities.
Our room faced the street, which was a little loud so e we were on the first floor.

Room and bathroom looked recently remodeled. Breakfast included was mostly shelf stable items and a variety of yogurts in the fridge along with organic milk. Nearby restaurant, Anthony's, was very good. Our stay included Saturday and Sunday nights.
Noisy traffic (cars with loud mufflers) late into the night kept us awake, as our room on the first floor (#3) was at the front of the building, and only the sidewalk separated us from the road. Photo of area that is shown on Booking needs updating, as we could not see any body of water from our room or the property. The backside of the building has no windows on any floor. Our family in room #2 also heard loud traffic plus lots of noise with kids above their room. Property description should also add there is no staff available on property at night. A handwritten note taped on the check in window shows a name/number to call if there's a problem. At a minimum for clientele security, the two outside doors to the property should be locked when the staff leaves at night and accessible in the late hours with some type of key. Bathroom needs a night light.
